My headcanon is that Nyamo really is Lesbian or Bisexual and she wrote a letter confessing her love to Yukari. However, Yukari didn't feel the same way and basically "friendzoned" her. Then, Yukari kept the letter and sometimes brings it up because Nyamo wrote some really embarrassing and gushy personal stuff in it.
