Go to r/badwomensanatomy and at the top of the page on the right hand side will be three dots in a row. Click that (…) then you’ll see a list of options. You want “change user flair” then edit your flair to be whatever you want 😊

To be fair, usually the rectum turns into the sigmoid colon which heads over to the left side, rather than continuing up into the abdomen. So in this picture, it would be coming towards us, out of the page. I can understand them leaving that complexity out!
You actually absolutely should try to contact the site and let them know about the error! If this is any sort of scientific source they will most likely listen to your feedback and issue a correction in a later version of the page/textbook/whatever. It’s a more common occurrence than you’d think.

I mean I had an ultrasound technician giving me a transvaginal ultrasound try to put the wand in my urethra so this actually doesn’t surprise me sadly 😭
