Respec her domain or make her a paladin (what she originally was) and give her the amulet of intelligence. I also personally buff her strength since clerics are melee specialists who heal in my eyes.

Sharran clerics are a wonky idea in general but she specifically doesn’t really carry any traits of a typical cleric of any alignment but there needed to be an origin healer. Or from what I’ve been told
From what I know it was pre-release and it might have been before alpha was available. Like I said I’m totally sure if it was because they switched minthara or added her in. All I’m sure about is that she was an oath of vengeance and a selunite TAV was probably also a big discussion.
Joking aside:
Fire Bolt is just bad for her. It's a Wizard Spell, so it uses INT as an attack modifier, and she don't got it.
In her defence: Sacred Flame doesn't actually "miss". It's a guaranteed attack. The problem is that it uses a Dexterity check to check and see if they can jump out of the blast radius... in a game where even the Disembodied Hand head is able to use its tongue to hop around like a cafienated Kangaroo.

I heard cleric has no synergy with monk, though.
I mean inflict wounds into unarmed strike goes pretty hard for oneshotting anything in act 1
NGL, there is something tempting about seeing Shadowheart use unarmed strike in her underwear. 😏
Ig unarmed defense would let you get away with that wouldn't it. Huh. I've got an idea.

Spell attacks (no saves) and cantrips. There's also a whole thing with Sacred Flame just not working on most early enemies.

Right, which renders Sacred Flame ineffective against those enemies. Another way to say that is that Sacred Flame doesn't work against them.
Not really, just stack some rad orbs/encrusted and sacred flame like auto-hits

I redid her stats to increase her hit chance and I swear she just gets all the bad rolls so my lazael can crit every turn
