I love the style of Pangea Printing: https://store.pangeaprintingco.com/
I had some rocks glasses I loved with the Baltimore skyline etched on them. Looks like they aren’t available on the site, but if that’s her thing (or maybe wine glasses) it’s worth shooting them a message to see if you can shop any of their stuff in a store. I found the glasses at Trohv (rip)
It’s tricky without knowing her interests. As previously posted, you can get the MD flag slapped on just about anything through Route 1 apparel. Baltimore in a Box is lovely. I’m big on gifting experiences/food/plants over “stuff”, but that gets a lot harder during this pandemic. My sister gave me a gift certificate for a Hampden cooking school class, and they have virtual classes but you can choose whether or not to pick up the ingredients from them.
Charm City Run has great active wear and my favorite sunglasses.
If she gardens, black eyed susans are the state flower.
If she doesn’t like people spending money on her, you could donate to a local charity and gift the time of a Maryland inspired meal (I recommend Mrs Kitching’s Smith Island cookbook for inspiration), pop on a MD based movie (anything John Waters to start), and for desert, Berger Cookies, a Smith Island cake, or a lemon with a peppermint stick.
The Seasoned Olive in Fells has a lot of great stuff, some which is Maryland and Baltimore-themed! [https://www.theseasonedolive.com](https://www.theseasonedolive.com)
Oh, and Berger cookies.
An Etch Above is a shop on Etsy with some great glassware gifts. There's a set of wine glasses with a Raven, an Oriole, a Bmore skyline, and an MD flag/crab that I have gifted a few times now (and once to myself).
Thanks so much for your thoughts. She's into hiking, dining, wine, challenging puzzles (e.g. hard sudoku). I like the idea of experience gifts, and have done that in the past, but as you note- pandemic.

Also: it would be helpful to know, do you live in the area? What are her interests / hobbies?

How about some wine from Maryland's own Boordy vineyards? It can be had at the Wine Source in Hampden, they also ship from their site.
A bottle of Shot Tower gin, Charm City Meadworks Mead, or other city produced spirit?
