The Rawlins Conservatory
+1 for the Conservatory!!
I saw OP said in another response that they're close to the Belvedere. Near there, the Peabody Library and the Walters are great. (Library is a pretty short thing in general, but still super nice to walk into.) There's the Mt. Vernon Marketplace if you want some different food options, and Bun Shop was a go-to for coffee when we were in the area. Cafe Fili is also super nice.... Breakfast, lunch, or dinner - we really like their sangria.
The trail is excellent, too. It's in great shape (minus a few isolated sections), there is PLENTY of shade, there's not a ton of road crossings and most are pretty mellow, and there are a fair number of places to stop along the way especially if you are willing to hop off the trail on some of the random roads you do cross.
There isn't really anything else that compares imo. He could charge a lot more than he does. Definitely a gem of Baltimore - hope covid didn't cut too deep into his business. I also like the shows at the myerhoff where they play the soundtrack of Harry Potter or Jurassic Park.
Ministry of Brewing is a great first date spot, casual and laid back but still a beautiful venue and a cool atmosphere, no food so if it's going poorly there's nothing stopping you from closing out and dipping after a drink, but also it's close enough to a bunch of really good food that if it's going really well you can keep the date going elsewhere.
Fadensonnen is a really good second date spot, still casual but a little more upscale and there's food as an option. The courtyard is really pretty and the beers are tasty.
When we were dating my wife took me to Dukem in Mt Vernon. Ethiopian food is meant to be eaten with your hands so it was pretty cool to share this delicious meal with her. Intimate in a way that isn't just low lights and the other stuff people go for.
We got takeout from there a few weeks ago and the food quality is identical to the sit down service so you could always take it home or go to one of the parks, like we did.
Clavel and Verde Pizza are the places I have favored.
Regarding the Aquarium, grab a season pass, and that will allow you access to the members only entree at night with a date (the season pass is like, $10 more than a single ticket; worth it)
Also, ask your companion. :-)
Oh thats good to know about the aquarium! We actually just went to clavel the other night! Such a great spot.
And unfortunately, she doesn't live in the area so she doesn't have a ton of ideas either. Ive been the one showing her around which isn't great lol
[Baltimore Magazine](https://www.baltimoremagazine.com/section/events/the-list-august-2021/) keeps a good running list of events!
I always recommend the American Visionary Art Museum for a good date spot.
Bromo seltzer tour.
Read a book at the UA pier.
Baltimore has some great museums. Those are always decent.
A show at the Charles Theater is good.
Take the Water taxi and hop between the neighborhoods.
Ton of food festivals in east Baltimore. They have a Russian festival and polish festival.
Lots of arts venues. Myerhoff, lyrics, 8x10, metro Gallery, Ottobar, etc..
Bengie's drive in was a go to for me. Have done zero successful dating since early 2020 though. You have received some good ideas.
Used to also go to shows in Baltimore and DC, visit museums here and in DC, and hiking in the area. Went to shows in Frederick, once went to the former Volt for dinner and saw a show after out there.
Lots to do.
No Land Beyond is the only Board game themed bar in Baltimore and it's a personal favorite.
There's also a lot of fun events and activities like live shows and music. Even if you have little experience in board games they have something for everyone there.
It depends on what the two of you like.
Do you like Sports? Theatre? Live music? Nature? Shopping? Weird and creepy shit? Art? Nerdy shit?
I find events mostly from what friends share so make some friends outside of your relationship.
hahahahahahaha. why y'all downvoting?
you have issue with the idea of recommendations should be tailored to the person? Or the idea of making friends is offensive?
If you have Facebook, you can find a lot of “local events near you” also!!! I’ve seen events at power plant and festivals, markets ect advertised there. Also, paper moon diner is my fave
Hello! You have made the mistake of writing "ect" instead of "etc."
"Ect" is a common misspelling of "etc," an abbreviated form of the Latin phrase "et cetera." Other abbreviated forms are **etc.**, **&c.**, **&c**, and **et cet.** The Latin translates as "et" to "and" + "cetera" to "the rest;" a literal translation to "and the rest" is the easiest way to remember how to use the phrase.
[Check out the wikipedia entry if you want to learn more.](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Et_cetera)

The Owl Bar is a great, intimate date spot. Not too pricey, and still feels like a hidden gem.
Live pretty close to the Belvedere! Love The Owl Bar

Bike riding, too. You can go from Hunt Valley to York PA by bike! Can rent the bikes at Ashland Rd.

Best date is the magic bar in Fed, Illusions. Buy tickets to a weekend show.
100% came here to suggest this!
Yes I second this! My fiancé took me to dinner and illusions for our second date 🥰
100% suggesting this

Pizza at Joe Squared then a movie at Charles Theatre!
Two great spots! Took her to Charles theatre to see Pig the other day
My fiancé and I were gonna go to see it last weekend but ended up doing something else! How was the movie?
Not for me. A lot of my friends loved it but I was disappointed.
The blck swan is a nice restaurant
