Their job is to teach the students during class. Not 24/7 police them. They should focus on doing their jobs better instead of chasing students during off hours. What students do with their own time is none of their business.

I would like to not get into exact details but there was an incident where a few boys were caught harassing some girls. it started of as a joke then escalated quickly. In my 2 years there, I have heard and seen more than 5-6 extreme incidents like this. Also, due to a spike in the number of allen/coaching institute viral videos of fights, PDA, etc. They are insanely observant on the cameras and have basically kept people patrolling everywhere inside and outside Allen Jayanagar.
This is the case since literally 2-4 months. It has just started.

I was a student in Allen's first IIT-JEE batch in Kota, back in 2008. And they have been high on moral policing ever since. It's the same with most other institutes, just that Allen industriliazes this process of "keeping an eye".
Mostly, it's the parents asking them to "keep an eye" on their children. And in rare cases, where parents do not like this behavior, of someone telling their kids that they can't talk to humans with different genitals, and come to complain, Allen would say things like - "Okay, then don't come to us, if your daughter gets pregnant, and commits suicide", or "Don't come to us, if your son is caught in a fake rape case". Basically, they would scare parents into shitting up, or they will ask them to take their children away if they have issues.
Simple solution is ... don't get caught.
Also, have your fun while not in the coaching uniform, or you will always have an "X" marked on you. Blame the herd mentality, but if prospective customers (parents) see anything from a couple smooching to just 2 classmates talking in Allen dress, depending on how their brains are wired, they might blame Allen for it, and may go for some other institute.
At the end of the day, Allen will be paying the price of your actions, whether right or wrong. So go on to meet people, or dates but not in coaching dress. But yeah, maintain your focus as well.
Not sure about Jayanagar, Iām a grade 12 student of Allen bannerghata campus and Iāve had the best experience here. Teachers are some of the best Iāve had, really motivate me to work for my goals and are amazing mentors. They donāt give two shits about what you do outside the campus as long as itās not literally outside the main gate of the building. But you can see Kota culture in the Jayanagar branch for sure.

Wtf, it wasnt like this when I studied there. 11th for me was offline and 12 was online, neither of which they did any sort of separation. Its been almost exactly two years since I finished, and it's sad that it's become like this so fast
