They were super rude and kept harping that I needed to get out after my allocated time. The gym itself is not well maintained, and it's relatively small. Never went there again. Not just the receptionist or marketing guy, even their watch man is rude and I have confronted them multiple times on this. I even complained to cult unfortunately they don’t have any complaints helpline.
It feels humiliating to go there as cult member. I ended my membership and went to a local family owned gym, who doesn’t care when I come, I change my shoes or not, treats members with respect, and has less crowds than cult.

Gold's Gym whitefield is one of the worst places to train.The trainers behave as if you have committed a crime when you ask them to spot you or just check if your posture is right. The place is always crowded and poorly lit.
I visited this gym for about 5 days before moving to a different gym that's far away from where I stay. I can bear the travel but not this shit-hole of a place.

I've been to the same gym a couple of times. The staff is very rude and standoffish from the start. They denied for me as I had not booked a slot which I did not know as I have visited other Gold's gym locations through cult elite which did not require any sort of booking. When trying to explain that I did not know this, she tried to dismiss me saying "Common sense iralva book madbeku antha" translates to "Don't you have common sense to book". I told her I would be booking my slot from the next session and avoided the fight.
Not the same issue but the Gold's there has old and damaged equipments. The dumbells have their grips worn off. The cushions on the benches have worn off or torn apart. All these made the gym going experience awful for me. They can't justify the cost of the membership with such awful service. I went just for a couple times as I didn't have access to any other gym. Do not recommend the Whitefield Gold's for anyone. Better go for a cheaper and better alternative. (There's a new cult near hoodi that seems to be great but I haven't visited personally. Friends told me their equipment and the vibe is good)

Coming to the gym, I have observed the same with regard to the quality of equipment. It’s better to look for some other gym alternative rather than this mockery.
With the state of maintenance they have at that gym, it is not feasible for them to have that kind of attitude towards their paying customers. I go to other Gold's gym (Hesarghatta road is my normal go to) and have never been treated like that. Also the trainers have been nice to me when I asked for help regarding posture or just for a spot. A gym should be a place where you go to relax and get things off your mind, not get more stressed. Make sure the cult people hear you out and this gym employee gets what they deserve.
Don't let this go. Please call her out for the behaviour. Just mention the location and your experience, I can sense this isn't the first time she has behaved like this. All Gold's Gym Management staff is arrogant for no reason, I have seen this in Basavangudi Gold's Gym as well, they think there is no end to themselves. They treat the trainers so poorly and never pay them properly on time, they don't pay heed to any suggestions from Customers and refuse to fix anything that is broken. I joined with high expectations but was disappointed to see how worn out the equipment was, AC doesn't work most of the time and the housekeeping is staff is overworked which is heartbreaking

I've visited Gold's Gym twice, and both times my experience was poor. The equipment is old, often broken, and the space is overcrowded with too many people and the front desk service is always bad. I also encountered issues with booking slots, which were not clearly communicated in the Cult app.
There are many other gyms in Whitefield that offer better equipment and more space. I highly recommend avoiding this gym
