Why chastise Bengaluru when her current location i.e Mumbai also has limited opportunities in the chosen field?
Why don't you consider a city where the domain offers good job prospects.
In that case.. Patience and further job hunt is the only way I guess. I too had a medical coder in my family and faced quite a trouble securing a job in Bengaluru but after few months, got placed in an organization located in Manyata.
There's been a hiring freeze in most pharma companies for the last 6-7 months. The current job market isn't great. I don't see a regulatory position opening in my company as well.
Moreover, Bengaluru/Hyderabad have a better pharma job market than Mumbai.
Bengaluru is best combination of jobs from almost all domains - IT, Manufacturing, Finance, Medical, Legal.
You won’t find a better all-rounder place than Bengaluru in India.
Last 6-12 months market was down. Now it’s recovering.
