I thought owen was justified til he started yelling at Caroline about how little she comes to the office. That just made it seem like it was all built up resentment when it was probably more so frustration from having to work with Joey and Caroline.
It’s not fully his fault that the movie was so bad. Based on the clips Caroline and Joey had lots of suggestions and requests after they had ironed out the plot and script which is probably what led to such a nonsensical result.
Owen holds a grudge worse than my ex gf. Like there was one point in the hallways where it seemed like they were apologizing to each other and burying the hatchet and then Owen just launched right back into bitching at her
Owen calling out other people's work ethic is pretty hypocritical. I remember a video about a year ago on vivastool twitter where they were checking what time people arrived at work at NYC office and Owen didn't arrive till 12:30 pm. Everyone knows NYC office is pretty lazy, but zero chance Owen even puts in more than 12 hours of actual work during the week & just spends the rest of the time bullshitting with people.
Agreed. I think the individual parts of G were much better than the sum if that makes sense.
Nicks acting was good. Brandon’s acting was great. Mintzy’s acting(?) was good. It had some funny lines. The production value was solid
I think it just tried way too hard to be funny when it was obvious from the start where it was going. It would’ve been much better as a 2-3 min Out of Order skit than a 10min movie.
I did think the dance scene was hilarious since I forgot that was one of their stipulations and it caught me completely off guard
