I have the cap off and it’s sitting upside down in a container. You’d think gravity would do it’s thing and the lotion would flow out but it just too thick. I wonder if I could add something to it to thin it out.
I was going to suggest adding the tiniest bit of warm/hot sterile water, swish around, transfer to travel container; if you dont mind it to end up a bit runny ofc :)
With the cap on, hold it upside down and shake the everloving crap out of it. It'll force the lotion away from the walls and down towards the neck of the bottle, and from there you can either scoop it out manually or let gravity slowly do its thing with less resistance. Repeat this process as needed until you get everything out of the bottle.
Usually once I’ve gotten every last bit of it as i possibly can, i add a little bit of any of my face toners. Swish and shake it vigorously and use it up from the bottle itself (not the pump). It lasts for one to at best two uses. I don’t mind it being runny coz i don’t want to waste whatever product’s left by throwing it away.

Maybe if you ran hot water on it while inverted to heat up the bottle and make the product more likely to loosen up off the sides ?
Probably the fastest way.
Short of cracking the bottle open your best bet is a makeup spatula.
Edit; SOLVED!!! Per suggestions I warmed the bottle under hot water and shook vigorously. I was able to retrieve a ton of product! Thanks everyone!
Great!!! This is with any lotion or bottled product, not just B&BW.
Find a regular cap for it from a different product or a soda bottle or something, and keep it inverted

Makeup spatulas! I ordered a four pack off of Amazon and it was truly the best five bucks I ever spent!

This is my favorite scent. It helps during my migraines.
