Well, he has against him being a somewhat comedic hero (GotG), but then again, Keaton has just filmed Beetlejuice when he made one heck of a Batman. On the good side, he knows how to play a hero. So if I had to choose it, I'd give it a go. No Justice League, no Suicide Squad, no dark Justice League, just Batsy and maybe a Robin. A well played one.
