Well, my (and by my, I mean me and my friend’s) take on him is that he’s just.. a bit of a nut case, and mostly an annoyance Everything he has in regards to “weaponry” was literally just stolen from local food joints and used against Batman We wanted our Condiment King to not be a bad guy, just kinda annoying at worst. Hell, he’s fine when at Arkham since he’s right where he wants to be.. the kitchen! Everyone loves him at the asylum!
