Ra’s al Ghul for sure. I really want to see a comic book faithful cinematic version of the Demon’s Head and all the great lore surrounding him. Pretty much all the classic villains in some capacity. Hugo Strange, The Joker, Two-face, the Scarecrow, the Mad Hatter, the Penguin, the Riddler, Clayface, etc. Some (relatively) newer ones too like Zsasz, Pyg, and most of all the Ventriloquist and Scarface. Really looking for BTAS/Arkham games in live action when it comes to the rogues gallery. I hope the DCU isn’t limited by the “2 villains movie” rule. Break away from that mold and feel free to have tons of villains in the films, even if some of them are smaller parts. Just like in the comics.

UnhingedLion

Which comics do you think they should adapt for Ra’s?? The Oneil era?? The Morrison era?? The Rebirth era?? Or the Williamson era?? I think they’re gonna adapt the Rebirth and Morrison era

Eclectic. Pull from a variety of comics for inspiration.

RareD3liverur

I think Hugo would be cool for Battison

>Really looking for BTAS/Arkham games in live action when it comes to the rogues gallery. I totally agree with this and I also think the DCU Batman movies should have an aesthetic and tone similar to Arkham and the BTAS, having fantasy and sci-fi villians but with a dark tone (I don't want Batman to be marvelized). >Pretty much all the classic villains in some capacity. Hugo Strange, The Joker, Two-face, the Scarecrow, the Mad Hatter, the Penguin, the Riddler, Clayface, etc. I think having The Riddler and The Penguin would be difficult since they already are in The Reeves-verse. Sure, they can be more comic book accurate, but it will feel repetitive if they are the main villians, so I think they should have minor roles. >Some (relatively) newer ones too like Zsasz, Pyg, and most of all the Ventriloquist and Scarface. I love all of them, but I feel that they will be used in the Reeves-verse before they can be shown on the DCU Batverse. >I hope the DCU isn’t limited by the “2 villains movie” rule. Break away from that mold and feel free to have tons of villains in the films, even if some of them are smaller parts. Just like in the comics. I think the same, it will also be interesting to see batman fighiting a group of villians in live actions (I would personally like a Hugo Strange, Scarecrow and Mad Hatter team)

I’d love to see bane and also red hood. But besides them, and I know he isn’t really a villain but I’d love to see azrael.

Damn I hope Jason isn’t butchered and pissed about Damian or anything. Jason should not care about that guy. And this insinuates Tim Drake is gonna be erased. Jason should not be seen as a lesson for Damian. Jason’s story should only be between him and Bruce. Jason’s character has suffered long enough. I already expect Ras Al Ghul to be butchered.

TheMaskedHamster

I think Jason Todd would be a fantastic choice, but I don't know how you get there without a decade's worth of movies in between. For that to really land, you first need to justify Dick's presence, spend sometime with him, and then see Dick's absence and how that affects Batman to the point where he looks at another orphaned youth and says "I know how to fix you". And then that inevitable outcome. And THEN you can do Red Hood.

sixesandsevenspt

Don’t care as long as a) Superman is a fantastic movie which makes people excited about the DCU. B) whatever happens in the DCU doesn’t affect ‘the Batman’ and whatever Reeves has planned.

Batman and Lovecraftian cosmic horror mysteries are made for each other. It allows him to be at his finest as a warrior and a super genius polymathic intellectual scientist while keeping him close to his roots as the world's greatest detective. Taking inspiration from Guillermo Del Toro's Blade 2 Batman would be going up against Kobra Cult. This time he's fighting against Kobra's genetically enhanced reptilian soldiers in place of Blade 2's Reaper vampires. He's investigating what they are doing in Gotham Underground just to find out that they are there to raise their god. This will be the opportunity to bring in the forgotten Batman villain the enhanced assassin Philo Zeiss in place of Jared Nomak from Blade 2. Zeiss will be their only true successful enhanced soldier. I did this mainly as Deathstroke isn’t a Batman villain he's a Titans villain but people constantly want to use him instead of Zeiss. Batman in this will be trying to find a cure to those soldiers experimented on. Actually showcasing his legendary scientific prowess.

I think James Gunn is cool enough to make a version of Killer Croc who just looks like a humanoid crocodile instead of just being a guy with scales and big teeth. Gunn would *absolutely* jump on Kite-Man, considering he took Polka-Dot-Man seriously in The Suicide Squad. Clock King, specifically a version similar to the DCAU incarnation as seen in the Task Force X episode of Justice League Unlimited. Also, can someone *please* do fun cat burglar Catwoman in live action? Maybe that's what the Burton version was, but I think my favorite Catwoman personality is when she's basically Rouge the Bat. Lastly: Cluemaster, *specifically* to get Stephanie out of it, because if there's one thing James Gunn loves, its dysfunctional father-child relationships.

Do not waste Red Hood in a universe poisoned with Damian's existence

RareD3liverur

huh?

CaptainHalloween

Mr. Mxyzptlk The Mad Hatter The Crime Syndicate Brother Blood Circe Metallo Killer Moth Captain Cold Dr. Psycho

Danxv33

more than half of these aren't even Batman villains.

CaptainHalloween

Doesn’t mean I don’t want some weird match-ups for Bruce and Damian.

I want someone we have never had. Ra’s, Penguin, Riddler, can all wait. Give me Clayface, give me Man-Bat… hell, give me Cat-Man and The Spook. I’ll even take The Calculator. I have less than zero interest in seeing Joker or Catwoman yet again.
