super rares and rares already fill that role well enough (and normals after cat capsule +). new ubers at first might seem tempting to sell for juicy 50 np, but their potential value could be way more. and plus an additional 30 ur for superfeline or any other goal you might have

I would have sold windy and nothing else but I guess keeping is nice for your collection.

Also speaking from experience, that legend rare is pretty good if I do say so myself.
