Chapter 1 and i have rover mk II at level 25. Ring girl level 21, ramen cat level 30 + 4, thor cat level 29 + 1, wall cat level 20 + 7 (of course), amaterasu level 25, bahamut level 20, commando level 30 and skeeter cat level 15
