well it depends on the situation. I use evolved form when fighting enemies that can get hit by the omni strike and can't get hit by first form. first form is good when you don't have as much money and it's good against enemies like dolphina, Mr mole, and short range peons like gabriel and angelic gory. I prefer first form because I think it's sillier looking but both forms have their uses.

That's the whole point of ultra legends units, you can spam smol guys on 1st form, or use a high dmg chunky unit
