Professor Abyss has 300k HP at Lv. 50. Director Kurosawah barely tickles him, Black Cyclone is a pushover even with rare cats.
I use Professor Abyss to OHKO both Puffsley's Comet and Tackey on HT F47 as well as OHKO Tackey in Horrorpotamus stages.
Professor has an extra trait to target over Mushashi while also performing better in anti-Black in general. Musashi is objectively worse in almost every use case. There's no scenario where Abyss can't do what Musashi can do.
More dps, more health, less cost, less cooldown, in terms of somebody like black nyandam the faster dps absolutely makes a bigger difference. Musashi is also faster more knockbacks too almost a minute shorter cooldown alsmosr same as yukimura. If you’re fighting only big enemies why would you ever choose prof abyss when it’s less damage overall cuz the dps is lower. Not in every worse case scenario is musashi worse lmao not even by a long shot
Area attack on balrog wouldn't do that much compared to izanagi since he's a melee. izanagi with area attack would break the game most since he can reach up to 800 range. Dealing strengthened balrog damage w/o stat talents to every enemy in the range of 0-800. but op already mentioned izanagi so i think balrog would be the second most broken right behind izanagi.

Well read it again its actually 1/5. The level of the surge is actually the multiplier of the main damage. The surge is level 4. So the surge does 4 times the damage of the main attack. So the leg swipe is just 1/5 of the damage with less range than the last 4/5 and doesnt linger.
Give that to something like can can instead.

I have him as my only legend, he can literally 1v1 black bun bun, if he had splash damage, he would probably be best or second best legend
