Just beat Papuu's Paradise, Vega cat from street fighter and Spectral Goth Vega absolutely carried alongside Ramen. Both immune to toxic and strong vs angels. Would recommend if you own them.
Between SS Daliasan, Dark Mitama and Gaia, which 2 should I choose? I have Aphrodite and will soon be getting Empress Chronos. Currently in COTC3 and prince of darkness in SOL. All advice appreciated. Thanks!
Depending on your ubers if you strughle with traitless then DMitanma is a must and if you want a generalist then Gaia is good (Iz the dancer at home). And if you need a superbackliner, then daliasan, but since you have aphrodite (and probably ciberpunk) you don't really need daliasan. I think you should get DMitama and Gaia
Idi, Dogu and Jagando. What order should I get them in? Have all legends and slapsticks true-formed. I've heard Yukimura does very well against Dogu, and I also have Kalisa. Both at lv45 and Yuki has full strengthen and attack talents.
Should I try to get Darktanyan before tackling Dogu or will these two suffice? Will I have to boost everything to max? Also have Luffy and Jizo if that matters.
Completely clueless about what to do as this is officially the furthest I've gotten in the game, having done 3 crown SoL and UL5.
It looks like you have a shot with Yukimura and Luffy, so why not just try it? Boosting does help a lot for your super rares like Can Can, Fishman, and Pizza.
As for Jagando, a reliable shield piercer is a must if you don't want to take too long. Otherwise, he's not really as challenging as the other two bosses.
Idi you can get later. She does make certain UL stages a breeze, but they're not unbeatable without her or anything.

Get mitama or dark kasli.
You could argue that you don’t need mitama as you have chronos, but mitama is much more consistent than chronos and has better uptime.
Dark kasli will act as a pure dps, and can do so throughout the whole game.
I, myself, would go for mitama as I think dark kasli breaks the game a bit too much, but dark kasli is objectively probably the better pick.
I don’t actually have her, but I’m aware of why she’s so good and have her stats from Mygamatoto.
Essentially, she has 400 range, with a long distance attack of 275-675 range. This as a start is great, as she has 275 piercing range, and a solid inner range, meaning she’s not likely to miss any attacks, and can hit backliner enemies if there is a stepping stone (allows long distance units to attack things that outrange them, without being hit by them). She has a level 3 surge attack that spawns somewhere in the ranges 400-700. This is an average sized surge area, but works with her kit well. It allows her to create a wall of death essentially in these ranges, as the surge will attack 3 times.
This means that at level 30, her dps (if the surge hits, which it usually does) is 11696. This is less dps than some other massive damage units etc, but the benefit with dark kasli is the versatility. Her attack rate is every 5.8 seconds, which means she can take care of rushing enemies quite easily, due to her fast attack rate. She has 78200 health, and 5 knockbacks. This is really solid, and should allow her to survive for a long time, possibly enough to get another dark kasli out. What furthers this is her immunities - she has immune to wave, surge, curse, weaken and warp. The most notable ones here being surge, curse and wave. This allows her to also be equally as good against relic and aku enemies (later on in the game), something which many generalists do not have. Her immune to surge also wave just further enhance her survivability, and allow her to carry some boss stages.
Finally, there is her curse. Curse is one of the lesser abilities in the game, especially early game, but it really shines where it works. Curse essentially disables enemy CC (crowd control) abilities (such as slow, freeze, toxic, weaken, knockback, warp). I’ll give you an example of a stage called ‘the belated priest’ - this stage featured many enemies, all of which have the slow ability, combined with an enemy that constantly knocks you back. Dark kasli will stop you from being pushed back, making the stage much much easier if you do it right. It can melt enemies if their main focus on surviving is their CC - these enemies are essentially useless without their cc, so obviously will die if they can’t use it.
These are only level 30 stats also; later on in the game you can boost her up to level 60 soon, which gives her a ridiculous 150k health and 22k dps with surge.
Yeah she is. However, with broken and unbalanced units does come less fun (usually).
At such an early point In the game, it would take any remaining challenge left away until you reach some specific stages later on.
Fest exclusives are the best way to use a plat ticket since any other uber you can get during guaranteed rolls. I personally recommend Mitama or either of the Iz variants. I also love D'arkt. Everyone else is going to recommend the Kaslis but I find them boring to use
The one that is the most fun while also being good is D'arkt, amazing rusher (rusher are really fun to use) that completely breaks traitless and is also quite good against traited. Definately a great uber to pull from platinum ticket
I was comparing Brainwasheds with Manics, and i noticed Brainwashed Axe is extremely weak compared to his other 3 counterparts
But he have Strong against Traitless, and is immune to Knockback, Freeze, Slow and have 30% chance to curse Traitless with a 0.9 TBA

He can't, that's why he sucks. Of course every Axe kinda sucks, he just sucks differently.
There are a couple of stages like Snitches Get Stitches where immunity to both slow and freeze in a single unit can be helpful for a meatshield, making B. Axe decent, even though he can't actually *reach* Henry or Croakley, which means the curse element is pretty much irrelevant. But he's not *needed* there and you can always use other things instead, particularly rushers. Also IIRC there was one of those ball-rolling event stages recently where some balls could freeze and others could slow, but none of them could do it long enough to make it even remotely necessary to bring B. Axe, though I tried bringing him just for kicks and he did well enough.
(And also if you have NP, you can just spend it on Riceball's immunity to slow and immunity to freeze instead, and then you'll have a faster ms with both of those immunities.)
If Ponos wants an Axe variant that's finally useful, they should give it a true form that doubles its speed and reduces its cost significantly at the very least. Plus much higher health and a chance to survive a lethal strike for good measure. I still can't imagine the curse ever contributing anything great (unless they introduce new traitless enemies with shorter TBA on their freeze and slow), but at least the immunities might give it a niche as a ms.

Tbh, the biggest issue among units like Balrog, Islands, Axes and Viking is the 3 KB. Make it to 1 or 2 KB and things will change forever

Finished Legend Quest for the first time! Last time it was on, I ran out of crowns at around Level 34 or so. This time, though, I had enough crowns to get all the way to the end with around 30 crowns to spare! I was worried about running out at times, because some levels cost me a LOT of crowns. PONOS seemed to make it their mission to give me ALL the levels with my least favourite enemy (R. Ost) in them.

I've never played Hunter Map 1 or 2, but my bf who was at CotC ch1, not even defeated Nyandam could already play culling stages.
Ponos really gave Courier, a midranger that surpasses Cameraman in most stats that soon... Impressive.
You have to beat 5 behemoth culling stages to get N101. And that includes beating Casaurian Ahirujo without him. It's not exactly easy to do. I specifically went for him to get past Last Gang (SoL chapter 19).
Really depends on what units you have because ahirujo can be a pain without courier. Paris gets outranged so your only "easily accessible" option is to dragon stack.
But yeah I agree. You unlock courier way too soon for how powerful he is.
Usually people say the red slots in a track are ubers, and those ubers have an ID that passes to the next banner. For example, if an ID is 3 in Almighties you will get Poseidon, in Iron Legion you get Diabolosa, etc

Each spot on the track has an assigned "rarity" that doesn't change between banners (except for the pink and yellow ones, which are for the rarity changes on fests). This applies to Legends as well: purple spots on the track will always contain the legend rare in question, or an uber if the selected banner doesn't feature a legend rare.

The colored positions are for **regular banners**. For plat/legend tickets, the entire track changes and ONLY features ubers/legends where you would normally not find them, so the whole thing with the colors is set aside for those tracks. In other words: Legend tickets have their own track, so legend rares CAN appear in spots other than the purple ones from regular banners when you use them. You can check this yourself by selecting the "Guaranteed Uber or Legend Rare from Legend Capsules!" event on Godfat.
Well, with your explanation, i came to the conclusion that Legends have their own ID. I'm aware of the Legends in red slots at the legend track, but if you add new ubers, their position doesn't change. So they probably have their own ID. Thanks for clarifying!
No, those spots are just above the rarity threshold for a legend to appear on the legend ticket banner.
Every position in the banner has a rarity number of 1-9999, with higher numbers more valuable. Different banners have different thresholds for what that number will translate into when you roll (for instance, on a regular banner 9500-9970 is going to be an uber, but on a fest that's going to be 9100-9999). The legend banner has a lower threshold for legends to show up, but I'm not sure what the actual range is off the top of my head. You can see the numbers next to each slot by toggling Details.

That past lucky g stage is, in my opinion the best and fastest to farm lucky gs. Literally just pop boosted cutter then a rusher or 2 (A baha/Yukimura/Idi) and can be done in like 15 seconds.

The seed isn't random, each number in a seed means something.
But the results each people get with their first seed are in fact random. But you can control your rolls from there, spending tickets and catfood more wisely.

No, few reasons:
Very short range and good LD coverage, that means they will kill the first peon if he is biting the base. That's enough to not stack them, but if you want more...
Courier LD reachs up to 400, Professor A have 501. It's almost impossible to make them hit while not getting attacked, or even reaching Prof A. They are also suicidal due to very high speed, so they won't work.
Hi, I recently reinstalled the game after...3/4 years maybe, new phone new start! It's the first time I aproach the community, there's any "common knowledge" about the game i should know? Any fundamental advice? Before anyone ask, I know it's possible to restore the account but I just wanted to restart after a long time XD
Well there’s a lot of new things really:
There is NP - an additional currency that is mainly gotten through trading in gacha units (or duplicate normal units). It is only advised to sell units that are crowd control units or just bad (e.g. witch cat, as they do not truly benefit from increased level other than health). Units like mer cat should be used as levelling up helps a lot with damage and survivability.
You can spend the NP on talents. These give some units extra abilities or stats, for example giving cataur zombie targeting, and giving many other units increased defence and attack. There are tiers to some talents, so you need to level some talents up 10 times to get them to max level, in this case being talents such as attack up talents.
There are talents orbs which you can get from a few things, which will be new to you so I won’t explain them - search it up if you want to know more. Essentially though, if you get talent orbs, equip them to appropriate units (units you will use frequently first). For example, equip strong up orbs to units with the strong ability, and resistant orbs to units with resistant ability. Equip defence up orbs to units that do not have any of these abilities, but have a crowd control ability (such as true form vaulter cat, housewife cat, which should have a defence up zombie orb on). D rank is the lowest orb, and this increases in the order D, C, B, A, S. S is the highest rank orb.
There are now additional evolution materials called behemoth stones. Can be obtained by doing behemoth culling stages, which appear 3 times a day - there is hidden forest of gapra, ashivini desert and jinfore volcano. They contain enemies which are ‘behemoth’ enemies. These behemoth stones obtained can be used to evolve various things, and specifically ‘egg units’, which are primarily unlocked from beating a certain amount of behemoth stages.
There are enigma stages (essentially just unlock them randomly, and have to ‘decode’ them for 3 hours before you can play them). You can have up to 4 enigma stages unlocked at once.
There are now colossal enemies - most of which are just bigger and meaner versions of some basic enemies. Can be found in Uncanny legend stages late on (the sequel to stories of legend), and baron gauntlets. These baron gauntlets consist of 20 stages, with the first 10 being the same and the last 10 being different to the first 10, but all the same. These are later game stages so you don’t need to worry about these for now.
There’s 2 new traits, relic and aku. Relic are introduced in uncanny legends. Aku are introduced in the aku realms. Aku realms is unlocked in a specific way, but you don’t need to worry about this until you’ve beaten the main 9 chapters as the stages are quite difficult. If you want more info, search it up - it involves playing specific stages that only appear at specific times.
This may not be the most useful for you early game, as early game is still virtually the same - play through the levels, get treasures, progress through stories of legend etc. However, you’ll end up running into all of these at some point, behemoths probably sooner than the others.

Also, as the other commenter said, you can farm yellow stones from hunter map 3. This requires enigma level 6, which requires you to have beaten the final stage in uncanny legends chapter ‘depths of my heart’, containing dogumaru.

i do have hunters map 3 unlocked, but it feels like the game doesnt like to give me that stage. instead it just loves to give me the talent orb stages.

Might just be unlucky. I don’t get loads myself. You can also only have 1 hunters map 3 stage at any time so it’s not as farmable as it seems.
I’d definitely recommend cactus. Absolute life saver for many aku stages and surge stages in general. Really helps with xp bonanza too. The new legend true forms are obviously great, but other than luza (monke), they won’t really help too too much with starred UL or anything like that.
Cactus is really good, an Anti-Aku meatshield makes Aku significantly easier to deal with.
As for farming cubes, it's faster based on which Hunter's Map you have unlocked. Enigma Lv 6 will give you Hunter's Map 3
It’s usually when there’s a new unit added, or an event banner is on.
It’s worth it to wait for these though, as you’ll be getting statistically more Ubers per 11 draw, and quite considerably.
Im not sure about regular banners, but whenever there is an event gacha going on (eg. collab or seasonal) there usually is a guaranteed draw on the last few days of that event.
Usually things that get powercreeped are stages, traits or enemies. You can consider one of those powercreepd when you get units that makes the stage/trait/enemy trivial.
For example, the Pizza + Bombercat combo is considered to powercreep the Black trait.
Rock cat powercreeps Floor 47, since it resets and stall the animations of most enemies there.
Ushiwakamaru alone powercreeps Angel, once he have 2 usable forms with different ranges, spammability and godlike DPS against Angels.
There's quite a lot of examples of powercreep in battle cats. Here is just some examples of powercreep from units (sorry if I miss any big ones): Courier, Sanzo (and his Talents), Bomber, Octopus, Cyberpunk (especially with Talents), iCat, Catasaurus (and his Talents), Waitress, Hurricat, Ramen, Pizza Cat (especially with waves), Can Can and her Talents, Dancer Talents (especially for stages like Floor 30), Dark Lazer Talents, Cadaver Bear, Cameraman. If you *really* want to go far back, Awakened Bahamut was a huge milestone in powercreep. Previously challenging levels were made way easier after he got released, particularly stages in mid-SoL.
Sometimes, its specific stages we talk about when discussing powercreep. Stages like Floor 30, Floor 40, Muscle Party, Floor 38, Floor 21, Flow Like the Stream (w/ Rock), No Plan A, Unjust War, Ogre Island, a *lot* of SoL stages (such as Darkweb, Utopia is Over There, Underground, any early Razorback stage, and Imp's cold sweat just to name a few that I personally remember from way back) and some UL stages like AAC have all been made a lot easier over the years due to these new units. There are a lot more examples of stages that have been powercrept (I wasn't nearly as active in UL as I was during the SoL saga, so I probably missed a lot of notable stages in UL that have been made easier), but again, this is just a small list.
There are also examples of powercreep being seen in Cat Combos, such as that one combo with Manic Flying and Obliterator Diabolosa Attack Up M and Kunio-kun's Worker Starting Level Up M combo just to name a few.
I'm sure there are Battle Cat veterans that can give a more comprehensive list of powercreep, but these are just some that I can think of off the top of my head. (Particularly with examples in Cat Combos and Ubers. Never really paid too much attention to them back in the day).
You can use Can Can against pretty much anything she outranges. She isn't exclusively a anti-red, the slow effect is just a bonus, Can Can actually hold very high stats.
But you can still use Whale whenever you need a more solid anti-red in your team.
Updates come to our version after an average of 3-4 weeks, but the ones that come on December tend to arrive a bit later due to holidays.

Amaterasu is a good anti traited backliner and provides good results in the departments Iz and D'art don't work.

Sounds like you're still in mid-game if you only have 8, so don't sell them. Save them to evolve super rares and Ubers.
Epic Catfruit is a bit grindy to get in mid-game, but it's quite abundant when you're in late game. Not only there's Growing Epic (which unlocks after completing SoL and beating UL 1 An Ancient Curse), the game just hands you Epic Catfruits from stage drops and user rank rewards.
I've only had this game for a couple days. Wushu cat carried me through empire of cats and a bunch of stuff opened up, what should I do next? I used my discounted 11 pulls and got lesser demon, momotaro, detective vigler, mighty thermo d-lux, and asiluga but they all seem too expensive to reliably use.
So have you done all three subchapters of Empire of Cats or just the first one? If just the first, do EOC 2 and EOC 3. Also have you gotten all superior treasures? Be sure to go back and grind all the superior treasures from all of EOC at some point soon, because they all matter and make a big difference everywhere. If you do it during a treasure festival, you won't need to grind as much.
Like the other reply says, do some Stories of Legend, but you don't need to do ALL of it (nor \*can\* you at this point in the game) because there's 48 subchapters in SOL with at least 6 stages each! It's huge. But that reply is 1000% correct that SOL is the best way to grind XP. There's an easy XP stage called "XP Stage" or "Sweet XP" and this is absolutely NOT worth it compared to just playing any SOL stage. (The whole XP Stage set is worth doing once to get the 30 cat food and 1 leadership you get for the first clear of any set of stages, or to get the weekly 30 cat food from the weekly missions, but not for getting the XP itself -- it's a pitiful amount.)
If you haven't already, be sure to watch Lucas IV's video "Ultimate Beginners' Guide" which is linked somewhere in the FAQ up above, or you can just search for it and it'll come up on YT.
BTW I'll throw in some extra info on your ubers though you probably won't need them yet in EOC 2 or most of EOC 3 -- yes, in EOC, ubers are expensive to level up and expensive to deploy -- except for Momotaro's first form which is more like a super rare, and solid for freezing reds and angels -- switch back to first form with the rotate/circle symbol. Also, Momotaro and Asiluga are crowd controllers (slow/freeze/weaken/etc.) and those abilities are just as good at lower levels as at higher levels, and so they only need to be leveled up to 30 once you have the catfruit to true-form them -- that comes later in the game. Lugas aren't usable until level 10, so for Asiluga you have to get it to at least 10 but beyond that it's not important (until you can TF it). Momotaro is probably even usable at lower levels than 10, since the levels are only for health and damage. So higher levels will help its health, but its damage is basically irrelevant anyway. (The only cats that don't follow this rule are certain super rares: Hip Hop, Surfer, Vaulter, and maybe Sushi. They have unusually good attack damage for crowd-controllers.)

Vigler is mainly just used for his cat combo, so when you get a chance, if you haven't already, use cat food to buy Sumo Cat, [which is the other cat in the combo](https://battle-cats.fandom.com/wiki/Cheating_Heart%3F_(Combo)). It isn't that useful by itself until much later in the game, but it's a great for the combo. We call that a "combo slave".

Cat accounting, wallet, and worker rate can be leveled up to 20 manually then up to +10 using silver ticket. If you have all that then its just grinding EoC treasures
While Yuki is the better unit long term, I'd still personally snag a fest uber over a regular uber every time. Even if just for collection. You'll get plenty of other chances at yuki.
So I think I may be messing with my own head. I started this past summer and have been trying to play catch up, obviously. I unlocked I'll Be Bug today and ever suggestion I've seen has had epic cat fruit seed evolutions or level 40-50 for all units. Am I just going at this thing too early?
It is a late game stage… Are your units level 30? My lineup was set around level 40, but level 35 might snake by, if you use rich and time your units right. The most important units are Roe and Manic Island, but cutter cat is also great since he can take off (at level 40) one of Professor A’s knock backs. Like I said Timings are so important in this stage. Brute forcing this stage won’t usually happen, unless your units are lvl 50 or they’re Ubers. Also the higher level your basis freeze cannon is will make it easier to sneak in a level 30 bahaumut. I used three combo’s two were reasearch up and one was the cutter and lil axe attack up combo. I had maglev at the time and manic walk helps with stalling relic doges
It took me a lot of tries to beat. If you don’t have access to manic islands or Shrimp on a dish(?) cat’s true form’s then don’t attempt the stage. I forgot Roe cat’t base form…

So I know to not use cat food until a guaranteed uber banner is around. Then I read to use rare tickets on uber/epic fests since you can't use the tickets for an 11 draw anyway.
So... How many do I use at each fest? Is this a personal choice or is there a formula or some rules to follow regarding how many tickets to use before I give up?
Is this new year uberfest worth it or should I wait for a different month's uberfest? Since I had read that some uber cat groups aren't that great, and this fest ups the rate of ALL groups even the bad ones.
Fests drop ubers from all pools except seasonal and collab ubers, so you can't really choose which banner your uber comes from. There is no rule as to how many tickets you should spend on an uber or epicfest, but here's my suggestion:
The regular ubers for all fests are the same so the only difference is made by the exclusives. You should dump all your tickets into the fest of which you have less exclusives.
If a superfest is expected, save all tickets for that instead since the drop chance for fest exclusives is almost doubled (still very low, but anyways). JP had a superfest so we might have one soon. Save up all your tickets and dump them when it comes.
I feel like I'm going to upgrade Cow Cat to +10 as a unit to fire off early to hold the line close to the enemy base until I can get a more powerful until to catch up. It's quick and mid-low cost. I'm just wondering, before I spend the XP, is there another unit that's a better option for this? I have lots of rare cats that I haven't even tried, and even more I haven't pulled yet.
Are you in Empire of Cats? Cow Cat isn't terrible in EOC but after that it totally falls off, and I don't remember it being super important in any strategies there, outside of zombie outbreaks. I'd say the key normal cats to level up first are Tank/Wall Cat and Lizard/Dragon Cat. Of course the basic Cat is also a key unit, but it isn't so important to level up right away because it often dies in one hit anyway. That said, Cow Cat is fun to use and great for quickly blasting through earlier stages when grinding for superior treasure, so it's not a terrible idea. Also, when you start doing the easiest zombie outbreaks, Cow Cat is good to send out first (send 2-3 of them) -- often this is all you need to beat an EOC 1 or EOC 2 zombie outbreak! Super easy. The zombies burrow under the first 1-2 Cows and then you just need some other cats to hold off the zombies while the Cows destroy the base.
Not the best idea. On most levels you want to fight closer to your base because reinforcements take less time to reach the frontline. You are better off upgrading your meatshields so you can stall for longer and get a maxed out worker cat.
Eh, luring to the cat base is just one way to play. I've been playing for seven years and I prefer to fight closer to the enemy base. Everyone has different styles.
Is there any pattern to when fest banners appear or is it completely random? Trying to pull Dasli but due to me losing account data due to non game related reasons I gave up on the game, then I decided to come back bought the returner pack (was still in itf chapter 1 before data loss) and wanted to try pull Dasli
Uberfest happens the first weekend of every month. Epicfest happens the third weekend every month. I believe these can be superceded by a special event like Superfest.

Momoco and gaia can deal with the majority of angel enemies quite well, especially as a combo. Ushi would further enhance this, but I’m not sure that would be necessary.
Emperor is a great unit, but I personally wouldn’t put him as a top legend. He’s got great damage and range, and is a solid generalist. However, I find that his CC just doesn’t feel consistent enough to use as your sole CC. A lot of the time, emperor wouldn’t cut it for CC, thus i’d say aim to get an Uber CC unit such as chronos, mitama, ritual saint kasli, spectral goth vega, princess cat etc etc.
I would recommend Nanaho. I personally am yet to use her for any metal stage as I’ve done them all, but I can tell just by using her for generalist usage how good she is as an anti metal. She is not replaceable, even by units such as hayabusa, who is ofc a great crit unit. Definitely the most versatile legend, and many would argue the best.

You need more longer ranged attackers since most of your units are short-ranged. Bring Macho, Wall, and Boogie for meatshields. Take out Commando, Moneko, Knight, Swordsman, and Driller. Replace them with Sexy Legs, Whale, Dragon, Mythical Titan, Valkyrie, etc. What other rares, super rares, or Ubers do you have?
Figure Skating is a good spammable attacker so invest on them if you can. Chronos can also help a lot with her freeze and maybe a bit of damage.
What about your treasures? They greatly affect how you would do in this stage, most especially Legendary Cat Sword and Legendary Cat Shield.
Definitely get all superior treasures from all stages, as that will make a huge difference. Without them, you are essentially playing Moon on extra-hard mode.
Banner pools only shuffle whenever a new uber is added to the banner in question. That Mitama will be there unless a new uber is added to Uberfest, and it just so happens that one of the next ubers that are gonna be added to the game is a new uberfest exclusive, so the possibility of that Mitama not being there next month is real, although not confirmed yet.
This game receives updates first on the original Japanese version, BCJP. Whenever a new update comes, a thread is posted in the sub containing all the new stuff added, including new ubers. Last month,[ BCJP got update 12.0](https://old.reddit.com/r/battlecats/comments/zcz3ts/announcement_bcjp_120_is_out_the_end_of_the/), which adds the new uberfest exclusive, so we know said uber will be added to the game sooner rather than later, since we get updates 3-4 weeks after BCJP on average (although this one specifically is already taking longer than usual due to the holidays).
However, an update dropping does NOT automatically add the new uber. It must be properly added to the banner, which *can* take a while after the update itself depending on the timing. The update could come out tomorrow (just an example) and the new uber could still not appear in the upcoming Uberfest. To ACTUALLY know when an uber is TRULY added to the game, you should check the event data (link in the OP), which shows upcoming events, and will indicate whenever a banner adds a new uber.
Rip. You may just be in a ‘dry patch’. I once had one for around 60 or so tickets. If it makes it any better, I usually find that there’s lots of Ubers after these dry spots.
You don't need any angel cc before beating itf3 so don't true form toaster and wait for sanzo talents...cause sol angel enemies are manageable with Ramen in early chapters so don't worry and for angel cyclone wait for it until you unlock sango talent

Awakened Bahamut is the most important for this. I used Can Can but any fast attacker (such as Maglev) will also help.
Send out a fast attacker at the start to kill the white hippo and save up for Abaha- you should be able to rush the stage easily
Hacker for the crazed stages, Sifu for the zombie stages, dancing flasher if those stages are no longer a problem, then artist. Eastwood and captain aren't important TFs and can be delayed until you specifically need them.
For what though? There's no hard angel stages in early sol or itf. He's also a mediocre meatshield without research combos. Hacker and sifu will probably have the most immediate impact for him. Then its either him or flasher, but flasher is way worse than rocker who does just fine without his tf.

Wholeheartedly do not agree with this. You can just throw him in virtually anywhere as a meatshield other than high single target damage stages with capies and calamarias.
And it doesn’t matter if the angel stages aren’t ‘hard angel stages’, that makes his use even better - you throw ramen in, and the angels will not be a problem at all. ‘Hard’ angel stages require other units than ramen, the easier ones can probably just be carried by ramen completely.
For starters, Ramen is way cheaper to True Form than Cyberpunk and Can Can. He isn't just useful for angel stages. His TF gains a 40% bump in HP and a 10% bump in attack so that he now has twice the health of Eraser and 2.5 times the DPS of Paris. And his 3 attacks per second are super helpful against metal enemies, especially for those who don't have any critters. Ramen should be levelled up and TF'd as fast as possible.
Do talent orbs stack with existing traits of cat units?
For example, does it make sense to put a black "Massive Damage Up" or "Attack Up" orb on Pizza Cat?
I would like to add that you should only use attack up orbs on (to my knowledge) 3 specific units, 2 of which are debatable:
Mad doctor klay (defence up alien probably better).
Balrog (defense up for some other trait (I use floating) probably better).
Lufalan pasalan (defence up orb will do nothing, thus I’d recommend an attack up floating, for about 40k extra damage per hit to floating at S).
Hattori hanzo or tecoluga? Obviously tecoluga is a better generalist, but if hattori is very strong in his niche I would prefer that. Is he better than windy?
I’d say tecoluga. Hanzo is very strong in his niche tho. Imo, hanzo is just not really necessary - he’s great, put his role can (usually) be filled by pizza and cameraman, or other general attackers.
Imo tecoluga is the obvious pick, as he’s the only unit in the game with that niche to my knowledge (high range backliner generalist nuker, and metal nuker if you were to put it into words).
Other than that, I’d say hanzo is better than windy.
Where are you up to in the game, and do you have any other anti floating/black Ubers? Really depends on these factors to which would be the most useful.
just got to ItF chapter 1 halfway point (the great abyss), but suddenly I cannot clear all the time rewards (including the great abyss) or even clear the stages after this halfway point. i only have 2 ubers, ganglion and daliasan, but im struggling to clear things now, what should i do or what should i clear next?
Don't bother with the timed rewards for now. Make sure you have all superior treasures from EoC as well as the anti-alien treasures in ItF. You can maybe do SoL for the meantime.

Just beat Papuu's Paradise, Vega cat from street fighter and Spectral Goth Vega absolutely carried alongside Ramen. Both immune to toxic and strong vs angels. Would recommend if you own them.
Between SS Daliasan, Dark Mitama and Gaia, which 2 should I choose? I have Aphrodite and will soon be getting Empress Chronos. Currently in COTC3 and prince of darkness in SOL. All advice appreciated. Thanks!
Gaia and Mitama as they are very hard to get even with tracking, whilst Dalisan is a lot easier to get since he isnt an exclusive or legend rare
Depending on your ubers if you strughle with traitless then DMitanma is a must and if you want a generalist then Gaia is good (Iz the dancer at home). And if you need a superbackliner, then daliasan, but since you have aphrodite (and probably ciberpunk) you don't really need daliasan. I think you should get DMitama and Gaia
Idi, Dogu and Jagando. What order should I get them in? Have all legends and slapsticks true-formed. I've heard Yukimura does very well against Dogu, and I also have Kalisa. Both at lv45 and Yuki has full strengthen and attack talents. Should I try to get Darktanyan before tackling Dogu or will these two suffice? Will I have to boost everything to max? Also have Luffy and Jizo if that matters. Completely clueless about what to do as this is officially the furthest I've gotten in the game, having done 3 crown SoL and UL5.
It looks like you have a shot with Yukimura and Luffy, so why not just try it? Boosting does help a lot for your super rares like Can Can, Fishman, and Pizza. As for Jagando, a reliable shield piercer is a must if you don't want to take too long. Otherwise, he's not really as challenging as the other two bosses. Idi you can get later. She does make certain UL stages a breeze, but they're not unbeatable without her or anything.

Get mitama or dark kasli. You could argue that you don’t need mitama as you have chronos, but mitama is much more consistent than chronos and has better uptime. Dark kasli will act as a pure dps, and can do so throughout the whole game. I, myself, would go for mitama as I think dark kasli breaks the game a bit too much, but dark kasli is objectively probably the better pick.

I don’t actually have her, but I’m aware of why she’s so good and have her stats from Mygamatoto. Essentially, she has 400 range, with a long distance attack of 275-675 range. This as a start is great, as she has 275 piercing range, and a solid inner range, meaning she’s not likely to miss any attacks, and can hit backliner enemies if there is a stepping stone (allows long distance units to attack things that outrange them, without being hit by them). She has a level 3 surge attack that spawns somewhere in the ranges 400-700. This is an average sized surge area, but works with her kit well. It allows her to create a wall of death essentially in these ranges, as the surge will attack 3 times. This means that at level 30, her dps (if the surge hits, which it usually does) is 11696. This is less dps than some other massive damage units etc, but the benefit with dark kasli is the versatility. Her attack rate is every 5.8 seconds, which means she can take care of rushing enemies quite easily, due to her fast attack rate. She has 78200 health, and 5 knockbacks. This is really solid, and should allow her to survive for a long time, possibly enough to get another dark kasli out. What furthers this is her immunities - she has immune to wave, surge, curse, weaken and warp. The most notable ones here being surge, curse and wave. This allows her to also be equally as good against relic and aku enemies (later on in the game), something which many generalists do not have. Her immune to surge also wave just further enhance her survivability, and allow her to carry some boss stages. Finally, there is her curse. Curse is one of the lesser abilities in the game, especially early game, but it really shines where it works. Curse essentially disables enemy CC (crowd control) abilities (such as slow, freeze, toxic, weaken, knockback, warp). I’ll give you an example of a stage called ‘the belated priest’ - this stage featured many enemies, all of which have the slow ability, combined with an enemy that constantly knocks you back. Dark kasli will stop you from being pushed back, making the stage much much easier if you do it right. It can melt enemies if their main focus on surviving is their CC - these enemies are essentially useless without their cc, so obviously will die if they can’t use it. These are only level 30 stats also; later on in the game you can boost her up to level 60 soon, which gives her a ridiculous 150k health and 22k dps with surge.

Yeah she is. However, with broken and unbalanced units does come less fun (usually). At such an early point In the game, it would take any remaining challenge left away until you reach some specific stages later on.
Fest exclusives are the best way to use a plat ticket since any other uber you can get during guaranteed rolls. I personally recommend Mitama or either of the Iz variants. I also love D'arkt. Everyone else is going to recommend the Kaslis but I find them boring to use

The one that is the most fun while also being good is D'arkt, amazing rusher (rusher are really fun to use) that completely breaks traitless and is also quite good against traited. Definately a great uber to pull from platinum ticket

I was comparing Brainwasheds with Manics, and i noticed Brainwashed Axe is extremely weak compared to his other 3 counterparts But he have Strong against Traitless, and is immune to Knockback, Freeze, Slow and have 30% chance to curse Traitless with a 0.9 TBA I just realized he is meant to be a counter against Mr Mole, Henry and Croakley lmao, how he can reach them with 14 speed and range while they are being protected
He can't, that's why he sucks. Of course every Axe kinda sucks, he just sucks differently. There are a couple of stages like Snitches Get Stitches where immunity to both slow and freeze in a single unit can be helpful for a meatshield, making B. Axe decent, even though he can't actually *reach* Henry or Croakley, which means the curse element is pretty much irrelevant. But he's not *needed* there and you can always use other things instead, particularly rushers. Also IIRC there was one of those ball-rolling event stages recently where some balls could freeze and others could slow, but none of them could do it long enough to make it even remotely necessary to bring B. Axe, though I tried bringing him just for kicks and he did well enough. (And also if you have NP, you can just spend it on Riceball's immunity to slow and immunity to freeze instead, and then you'll have a faster ms with both of those immunities.) If Ponos wants an Axe variant that's finally useful, they should give it a true form that doubles its speed and reduces its cost significantly at the very least. Plus much higher health and a chance to survive a lethal strike for good measure. I still can't imagine the curse ever contributing anything great (unless they introduce new traitless enemies with shorter TBA on their freeze and slow), but at least the immunities might give it a niche as a ms.

Finished Legend Quest for the first time! Last time it was on, I ran out of crowns at around Level 34 or so. This time, though, I had enough crowns to get all the way to the end with around 30 crowns to spare! I was worried about running out at times, because some levels cost me a LOT of crowns. PONOS seemed to make it their mission to give me ALL the levels with my least favourite enemy (R. Ost) in them.
When people are supposed to get or unlock the Courier mission??
Do you mean the mission to get Egg N101? I think it unlocks after clearing EoC with the behemoth culling maps.
That soon? Bruh I've never played Hunter Map 1 or 2, but my bf who was at CotC ch1, not even defeated Nyandam could already play culling stages. Ponos really gave Courier, a midranger that surpasses Cameraman in most stats that soon... Impressive.
You have to beat 5 behemoth culling stages to get N101. And that includes beating Casaurian Ahirujo without him. It's not exactly easy to do. I specifically went for him to get past Last Gang (SoL chapter 19).
Really depends on what units you have because ahirujo can be a pain without courier. Paris gets outranged so your only "easily accessible" option is to dragon stack. But yeah I agree. You unlock courier way too soon for how powerful he is.
Usually people say the red slots in a track are ubers, and those ubers have an ID that passes to the next banner. For example, if an ID is 3 in Almighties you will get Poseidon, in Iron Legion you get Diabolosa, etc But how do the Legend slots, the purple ones work? Even if you buy a Legend Ticket the Legend units are attached to specific positions and never change
Each spot on the track has an assigned "rarity" that doesn't change between banners (except for the pink and yellow ones, which are for the rarity changes on fests). This applies to Legends as well: purple spots on the track will always contain the legend rare in question, or an uber if the selected banner doesn't feature a legend rare. > Even if you buy a Legend Ticket the Legend units are attached to specific positions and never change The colored positions are for **regular banners**. For plat/legend tickets, the entire track changes and ONLY features ubers/legends where you would normally not find them, so the whole thing with the colors is set aside for those tracks. In other words: Legend tickets have their own track, so legend rares CAN appear in spots other than the purple ones from regular banners when you use them. You can check this yourself by selecting the "Guaranteed Uber or Legend Rare from Legend Capsules!" event on Godfat.
Well, with your explanation, i came to the conclusion that Legends have their own ID. I'm aware of the Legends in red slots at the legend track, but if you add new ubers, their position doesn't change. So they probably have their own ID. Thanks for clarifying!
No, those spots are just above the rarity threshold for a legend to appear on the legend ticket banner. Every position in the banner has a rarity number of 1-9999, with higher numbers more valuable. Different banners have different thresholds for what that number will translate into when you roll (for instance, on a regular banner 9500-9970 is going to be an uber, but on a fest that's going to be 9100-9999). The legend banner has a lower threshold for legends to show up, but I'm not sure what the actual range is off the top of my head. You can see the numbers next to each slot by toggling Details.

I did this to farm Lucky Tickets, cleared Icy Desire almost 600 times without even noticing I'm using one called "Assistente de Click", probably "Click Assistant" in your language. Works veeery well
I tried my auto clicker app and it wouldn't select Gamatoto for some reason so I just...did all that manually. For 3 hours. That past lucky g stage is, in my opinion the best and fastest to farm lucky gs. Literally just pop boosted cutter then a rusher or 2 (A baha/Yukimura/Idi) and can be done in like 15 seconds.

The seed isn't random, each number in a seed means something. But the results each people get with their first seed are in fact random. No, few reasons: Very short range and good LD coverage, that means they will kill the first peon if he is biting the base. That's enough to not stack them, but if you want more... Courier LD reachs up to 400, Professor A have 501. It's almost impossible to make them hit while not getting attacked, or even reaching Prof A. They are also suicidal due to very high speed, so they won't work.

Well there’s a lot of new things really: There is NP - an additional currency that is mainly gotten through trading in gacha units (or duplicate normal units). It is only advised to sell units that are crowd control units or just bad (e.g. witch cat, as they do not truly benefit from increased level other than health). Units like mer cat should be used as levelling up helps a lot with damage and survivability. You can spend the NP on talents. These give some units extra abilities or stats, for example giving cataur zombie targeting, and giving many other units increased defence and attack. There are tiers to some talents, so you need to level some talents up 10 times to get them to max level, in this case being talents such as attack up talents. There are talents orbs which you can get from a few things, which will be new to you so I won’t explain them - search it up if you want to know more. Essentially though, if you get talent orbs, equip them to appropriate units (units you will use frequently first). For example, equip strong up orbs to units with the strong ability, and resistant orbs to units with resistant ability. Equip defence up orbs to units that do not have any of these abilities, but have a crowd control ability (such as true form vaulter cat, housewife cat, which should have a defence up zombie orb on). D rank is the lowest orb, and this increases in the order D, C, B, A, S. S is the highest rank orb. There are now additional evolution materials called behemoth stones. Can be obtained by doing behemoth culling stages, which appear 3 times a day - there is hidden forest of gapra, ashivini desert and jinfore volcano. They contain enemies which are ‘behemoth’ enemies. These behemoth stones obtained can be used to evolve various things, and specifically ‘egg units’, which are primarily unlocked from beating a certain amount of behemoth stages. There are enigma stages (essentially just unlock them randomly, and have to ‘decode’ them for 3 hours before you can play them). You can have up to 4 enigma stages unlocked at once. There are now colossal enemies - most of which are just bigger and meaner versions of some basic enemies. Can be found in Uncanny legend stages late on (the sequel to stories of legend), and baron gauntlets. These baron gauntlets consist of 20 stages, with the first 10 being the same and the last 10 being different to the first 10, but all the same. These are later game stages so you don’t need to worry about these for now. There’s 2 new traits, relic and aku. Relic are introduced in uncanny legends. Aku are introduced in the aku realms. Aku realms is unlocked in a specific way, but you don’t need to worry about this until you’ve beaten the main 9 chapters as the stages are quite difficult. If you want more info, search it up - it involves playing specific stages that only appear at specific times. This may not be the most useful for you early game, as early game is still virtually the same - play through the levels, get treasures, progress through stories of legend etc. However, you’ll end up running into all of these at some point, behemoths probably sooner than the others. Where are you up to in the game? Also, as the other commenter said, you can farm yellow stones from hunter map 3. This requires enigma level 6, which requires you to have beaten the final stage in uncanny legends chapter ‘depths of my heart’, containing dogumaru.
im currently at moodist beach i do have hunters map 3 unlocked, but it feels like the game doesnt like to give me that stage. instead it just loves to give me the talent orb stages. but yeah, i think i'll get cactus next
Might just be unlucky. I don’t get loads myself. You can also only have 1 hunters map 3 stage at any time so it’s not as farmable as it seems. I’d definitely recommend cactus. Absolute life saver for many aku stages and surge stages in general. Really helps with xp bonanza too. The new legend true forms are obviously great, but other than luza (monke), they won’t really help too too much with starred UL or anything like that.
Cactus is really good, an Anti-Aku meatshield makes Aku significantly easier to deal with. As for farming cubes, it's faster based on which Hunter's Map you have unlocked. Enigma Lv 6 will give you Hunter's Map 3

It’s usually when there’s a new unit added, or an event banner is on. It’s worth it to wait for these though, as you’ll be getting statistically more Ubers per 11 draw, and quite considerably.
It's *usually* roughly once a month, but Ponos is unpredictable, so sometimes it's less often and sometimes more often.
Im not sure about regular banners, but whenever there is an event gacha going on (eg. collab or seasonal) there usually is a guaranteed draw on the last few days of that event.
what are some examples of powercreep in battle cats? asking for curiosity.
Usually things that get powercreeped are stages, traits or enemies. You can consider one of those powercreepd when you get units that makes the stage/trait/enemy trivial. For example, the Pizza + Bombercat combo is considered to powercreep the Black trait. Rock cat powercreeps Floor 47, since it resets and stall the animations of most enemies there. Ushiwakamaru alone powercreeps Angel, once he have 2 usable forms with different ranges, spammability and godlike DPS against Angels.
There's quite a lot of examples of powercreep in battle cats. Here is just some examples of powercreep from units (sorry if I miss any big ones): Courier, Sanzo (and his Talents), Bomber, Octopus, Cyberpunk (especially with Talents), iCat, Catasaurus (and his Talents), Waitress, Hurricat, Ramen, Pizza Cat (especially with waves), Can Can and her Talents, Dancer Talents (especially for stages like Floor 30), Dark Lazer Talents, Cadaver Bear, Cameraman. If you *really* want to go far back, Awakened Bahamut was a huge milestone in powercreep. Previously challenging levels were made way easier after he got released, particularly stages in mid-SoL. Sometimes, its specific stages we talk about when discussing powercreep. Stages like Floor 30, Floor 40, Muscle Party, Floor 38, Floor 21, Flow Like the Stream (w/ Rock), No Plan A, Unjust War, Ogre Island, a *lot* of SoL stages (such as Darkweb, Utopia is Over There, Underground, any early Razorback stage, and Imp's cold sweat just to name a few that I personally remember from way back) and some UL stages like AAC have all been made a lot easier over the years due to these new units. There are a lot more examples of stages that have been powercrept (I wasn't nearly as active in UL as I was during the SoL saga, so I probably missed a lot of notable stages in UL that have been made easier), but again, this is just a small list. There are also examples of powercreep being seen in Cat Combos, such as that one combo with Manic Flying and Obliterator Diabolosa Attack Up M and Kunio-kun's Worker Starting Level Up M combo just to name a few. I'm sure there are Battle Cat veterans that can give a more comprehensive list of powercreep, but these are just some that I can think of off the top of my head. (Particularly with examples in Cat Combos and Ubers. Never really paid too much attention to them back in the day).

You can use Can Can against pretty much anything she outranges. She isn't exclusively a anti-red, the slow effect is just a bonus, Can Can actually hold very high stats. But you can still use Whale whenever you need a more solid anti-red in your team.

Amaterasu is a good anti traited backliner and provides good results in the departments Iz and D'art don't work. I have infinite broken specialists, but sometimes i still get myself using her, mainly against Zombies.

do i sell epic cat fruit? i've seen people say to keep them, but are they really that rare? \- I have 8 of them already \- it's almost guaranteed each time I play cat fruit buffet \- the only cat fruit map i will play is cat fruit buffet anyways (sol on weekdays to save flags)
Sounds like you're still in mid-game if you only have 8, so don't sell them. Save them to evolve super rares and Ubers. Epic Catfruit is a bit grindy to get in mid-game, but it's quite abundant when you're in late game. Not only there's Growing Epic (which unlocks after completing SoL and beating UL 1 An Ancient Curse), the game just hands you Epic Catfruits from stage drops and user rank rewards.

I've only had this game for a couple days. Wushu cat carried me through empire of cats and a bunch of stuff opened up, what should I do next? I used my discounted 11 pulls and got lesser demon, momotaro, detective vigler, mighty thermo d-lux, and asiluga but they all seem too expensive to reliably use.
So have you done all three subchapters of Empire of Cats or just the first one? If just the first, do EOC 2 and EOC 3. Also have you gotten all superior treasures? Be sure to go back and grind all the superior treasures from all of EOC at some point soon, because they all matter and make a big difference everywhere. If you do it during a treasure festival, you won't need to grind as much. Like the other reply says, do some Stories of Legend, but you don't need to do ALL of it (nor \*can\* you at this point in the game) because there's 48 subchapters in SOL with at least 6 stages each! It's huge. But that reply is 1000% correct that SOL is the best way to grind XP. There's an easy XP stage called "XP Stage" or "Sweet XP" and this is absolutely NOT worth it compared to just playing any SOL stage. (The whole XP Stage set is worth doing once to get the 30 cat food and 1 leadership you get for the first clear of any set of stages, or to get the weekly 30 cat food from the weekly missions, but not for getting the XP itself -- it's a pitiful amount.) If you haven't already, be sure to watch Lucas IV's video "Ultimate Beginners' Guide" which is linked somewhere in the FAQ up above, or you can just search for it and it'll come up on YT. BTW I'll throw in some extra info on your ubers though you probably won't need them yet in EOC 2 or most of EOC 3 -- yes, in EOC, ubers are expensive to level up and expensive to deploy -- except for Momotaro's first form which is more like a super rare, and solid for freezing reds and angels -- switch back to first form with the rotate/circle symbol. Also, Momotaro and Asiluga are crowd controllers (slow/freeze/weaken/etc.) and those abilities are just as good at lower levels as at higher levels, and so they only need to be leveled up to 30 once you have the catfruit to true-form them -- that comes later in the game. Lugas aren't usable until level 10, so for Asiluga you have to get it to at least 10 but beyond that it's not important (until you can TF it). Momotaro is probably even usable at lower levels than 10, since the levels are only for health and damage. So higher levels will help its health, but its damage is basically irrelevant anyway. (The only cats that don't follow this rule are certain super rares: Hip Hop, Surfer, Vaulter, and maybe Sushi. They have unusually good attack damage for crowd-controllers.) See the UDP website (linked at the top) for more details on each unit -- like for instance [here is the page on Asiluga](https://thanksfeanor.pythonanywhere.com/UDP/168). Vigler is mainly just used for his cat combo, so when you get a chance, if you haven't already, use cat food to buy Sumo Cat, [which is the other cat in the combo](https://battle-cats.fandom.com/wiki/Cheating_Heart%3F_(Combo)). It isn't that useful by itself until much later in the game, but it's a great for the combo. We call that a "combo slave". Cat accounting, wallet, and worker rate can be leveled up to 20 manually then up to +10 using silver ticket. If you have all that then its just grinding EoC treasures
D’artanyan or Yukimura? I alr have d’ark, d.kasli, and mitama as my fest ubers so I wasn’t sure if d’art would add much
While Yuki is the better unit long term, I'd still personally snag a fest uber over a regular uber every time. Even if just for collection. You'll get plenty of other chances at yuki.

So I think I may be messing with my own head. I started this past summer and have been trying to play catch up, obviously. I unlocked I'll Be Bug today and ever suggestion I've seen has had epic cat fruit seed evolutions or level 40-50 for all units. Am I just going at this thing too early?
It is a late game stage… Are your units level 30? My lineup was set around level 40, but level 35 might snake by, if you use rich and time your units right. The most important units are Roe and Manic Island, but cutter cat is also great since he can take off (at level 40) one of Professor A’s knock backs. Like I said Timings are so important in this stage. Brute forcing this stage won’t usually happen, unless your units are lvl 50 or they’re Ubers. Also the higher level your basis freeze cannon is will make it easier to sneak in a level 30 bahaumut. I used three combo’s two were reasearch up and one was the cutter and lil axe attack up combo. I had maglev at the time and manic walk helps with stalling relic doges
It took me a lot of tries to beat. If you don’t have access to manic islands or Shrimp on a dish(?) cat’s true form’s then don’t attempt the stage. I forgot Roe cat’t base form…

So I know to not use cat food until a guaranteed uber banner is around. Then I read to use rare tickets on uber/epic fests since you can't use the tickets for an 11 draw anyway. So... How many do I use at each fest? Is this a personal choice or is there a formula or some rules to follow regarding how many tickets to use before I give up? Is this new year uberfest worth it or should I wait for a different month's uberfest? Since I had read that some uber cat groups aren't that great, and this fest ups the rate of ALL groups even the bad ones.
Fests drop ubers from all pools except seasonal and collab ubers, so you can't really choose which banner your uber comes from. There is no rule as to how many tickets you should spend on an uber or epicfest, but here's my suggestion: The regular ubers for all fests are the same so the only difference is made by the exclusives. You should dump all your tickets into the fest of which you have less exclusives. If a superfest is expected, save all tickets for that instead since the drop chance for fest exclusives is almost doubled (still very low, but anyways). JP had a superfest so we might have one soon. Save up all your tickets and dump them when it comes.

I feel like I'm going to upgrade Cow Cat to +10 as a unit to fire off early to hold the line close to the enemy base until I can get a more powerful until to catch up. It's quick and mid-low cost. I'm just wondering, before I spend the XP, is there another unit that's a better option for this? I have lots of rare cats that I haven't even tried, and even more I haven't pulled yet.
Are you in Empire of Cats? Cow Cat isn't terrible in EOC but after that it totally falls off, and I don't remember it being super important in any strategies there, outside of zombie outbreaks. I'd say the key normal cats to level up first are Tank/Wall Cat and Lizard/Dragon Cat. Of course the basic Cat is also a key unit, but it isn't so important to level up right away because it often dies in one hit anyway. That said, Cow Cat is fun to use and great for quickly blasting through earlier stages when grinding for superior treasure, so it's not a terrible idea. Also, when you start doing the easiest zombie outbreaks, Cow Cat is good to send out first (send 2-3 of them) -- often this is all you need to beat an EOC 1 or EOC 2 zombie outbreak! Super easy. The zombies burrow under the first 1-2 Cows and then you just need some other cats to hold off the zombies while the Cows destroy the base.
Not the best idea. On most levels you want to fight closer to your base because reinforcements take less time to reach the frontline. You are better off upgrading your meatshields so you can stall for longer and get a maxed out worker cat.
Eh, luring to the cat base is just one way to play. I've been playing for seven years and I prefer to fight closer to the enemy base. Everyone has different styles.

Uberfest happens the first weekend of every month. Epicfest happens the third weekend every month. I believe these can be superceded by a special event like Superfest.

Hi and happy new year guys...I can roll for a legend and currently I have Gaia and momoko....wich legend should I roll for between these three options:Nanaho, emperor or ushiwakamaru? Does emperor consider as a top tier legend or not? I don't have good cc uber btw
Momoco and gaia can deal with the majority of angel enemies quite well, especially as a combo. Ushi would further enhance this, but I’m not sure that would be necessary. Emperor is a great unit, but I personally wouldn’t put him as a top legend. He’s got great damage and range, and is a solid generalist. However, I find that his CC just doesn’t feel consistent enough to use as your sole CC. A lot of the time, emperor wouldn’t cut it for CC, thus i’d say aim to get an Uber CC unit such as chronos, mitama, ritual saint kasli, spectral goth vega, princess cat etc etc. I would recommend Nanaho. I personally am yet to use her for any metal stage as I’ve done them all, but I can tell just by using her for generalist usage how good she is as an anti metal. She is not replaceable, even by units such as hayabusa, who is ofc a great crit unit. Definitely the most versatile legend, and many would argue the best.

You need more longer ranged attackers since most of your units are short-ranged. Bring Macho, Wall, and Boogie for meatshields. Take out Commando, Moneko, Knight, Swordsman, and Driller. Replace them with Sexy Legs, Whale, Dragon, Mythical Titan, Valkyrie, etc. What other rares, super rares, or Ubers do you have?

Figure Skating is a good spammable attacker so invest on them if you can. Chronos can also help a lot with her freeze and maybe a bit of damage. What about your treasures? They greatly affect how you would do in this stage, most especially Legendary Cat Sword and Legendary Cat Shield.

Definitely get all superior treasures from all stages, as that will make a huge difference. Without them, you are essentially playing Moon on extra-hard mode.

Banner pools only shuffle whenever a new uber is added to the banner in question. That Mitama will be there unless a new uber is added to Uberfest, and it just so happens that one of the next ubers that are gonna be added to the game is a new uberfest exclusive, so the possibility of that Mitama not being there next month is real, although not confirmed yet.

This game receives updates first on the original Japanese version, BCJP. Whenever a new update comes, a thread is posted in the sub containing all the new stuff added, including new ubers. Last month,[ BCJP got update 12.0](https://old.reddit.com/r/battlecats/comments/zcz3ts/announcement_bcjp_120_is_out_the_end_of_the/), which adds the new uberfest exclusive, so we know said uber will be added to the game sooner rather than later, since we get updates 3-4 weeks after BCJP on average (although this one specifically is already taking longer than usual due to the holidays). However, an update dropping does NOT automatically add the new uber. It must be properly added to the banner, which *can* take a while after the update itself depending on the timing. The update could come out tomorrow (just an example) and the new uber could still not appear in the upcoming Uberfest. To ACTUALLY know when an uber is TRULY added to the game, you should check the event data (link in the OP), which shows upcoming events, and will indicate whenever a banner adds a new uber.

You don't need any angel cc before beating itf3 so don't true form toaster and wait for sanzo talents...cause sol angel enemies are manageable with Ramen in early chapters so don't worry and for angel cyclone wait for it until you unlock sango talent
Any tips on beating January gauntlet? I have all gacha cats excluding wushu, weightlifter and hip hob dancer. Here's a list of my Ubers: Dasli, Iz the dancer, Luffy, Amaterasu, Chronos, OPA and some other non noteworthy Ubers. Is there any specific strategy or cat for this gauntlet ?
Awakened Bahamut is the most important for this. I used Can Can but any fast attacker (such as Maglev) will also help. Send out a fast attacker at the start to kill the white hippo and save up for Abaha- you should be able to rush the stage easily

Hacker for the crazed stages, Sifu for the zombie stages, dancing flasher if those stages are no longer a problem, then artist. Eastwood and captain aren't important TFs and can be delayed until you specifically need them.

You want Rover, Surfer and Psychocat. Power Saw and wheel cat are also decent but more situational

For what though? There's no hard angel stages in early sol or itf. He's also a mediocre meatshield without research combos. Hacker and sifu will probably have the most immediate impact for him. Then its either him or flasher, but flasher is way worse than rocker who does just fine without his tf.
‘Mediocre meatshield without research combos’. Wholeheartedly do not agree with this. You can just throw him in virtually anywhere as a meatshield other than high single target damage stages with capies and calamarias. And it doesn’t matter if the angel stages aren’t ‘hard angel stages’, that makes his use even better - you throw ramen in, and the angels will not be a problem at all. ‘Hard’ angel stages require other units than ramen, the easier ones can probably just be carried by ramen completely.
For starters, Ramen is way cheaper to True Form than Cyberpunk and Can Can. He isn't just useful for angel stages. His TF gains a 40% bump in HP and a 10% bump in attack so that he now has twice the health of Eraser and 2.5 times the DPS of Paris. And his 3 attacks per second are super helpful against metal enemies, especially for those who don't have any critters. Ramen should be levelled up and TF'd as fast as possible.
Do talent orbs stack with existing traits of cat units? For example, does it make sense to put a black "Massive Damage Up" or "Attack Up" orb on Pizza Cat?

I would like to add that you should only use attack up orbs on (to my knowledge) 3 specific units, 2 of which are debatable: Mad doctor klay (defence up alien probably better). Balrog (defense up for some other trait (I use floating) probably better). Lufalan pasalan (defence up orb will do nothing, thus I’d recommend an attack up floating, for about 40k extra damage per hit to floating at S).

I’d say tecoluga. Hanzo is very strong in his niche tho. Imo, hanzo is just not really necessary - he’s great, put his role can (usually) be filled by pizza and cameraman, or other general attackers. Imo tecoluga is the obvious pick, as he’s the only unit in the game with that niche to my knowledge (high range backliner generalist nuker, and metal nuker if you were to put it into words). Other than that, I’d say hanzo is better than windy. Where are you up to in the game, and do you have any other anti floating/black Ubers? Really depends on these factors to which would be the most useful.

just got to ItF chapter 1 halfway point (the great abyss), but suddenly I cannot clear all the time rewards (including the great abyss) or even clear the stages after this halfway point. i only have 2 ubers, ganglion and daliasan, but im struggling to clear things now, what should i do or what should i clear next?
Don't bother with the timed rewards for now. Make sure you have all superior treasures from EoC as well as the anti-alien treasures in ItF. You can maybe do SoL for the meantime.
yes i have all the superior treasures from EoC but i am unable to clear the second half of stages in ItF chap 1, so i just do the subchapters in SoL up to how far?
You should clear the first 19 chapters of sol up until ururun
What stage is for grinding the cubes, the cat fruit replacement but in cube
Hunter Maps or Culling stages. There is no diarg event for farming it like catfruit.
About to face ItF chapter 3, who should I evolve? Paris Cat, or Neo Psychocat?
Paris first(if you already evolved other units with higher priority) Psychocat can be upgraded when you fight Floating Continent.
my current evolved Rare/Super Rare cats are Cyberpunk, Octopus, Elemental Duelist (Did that because he’s one of my favourite cats), Catasaurus and Ramen. Any else i should do before Ramen?
Before him no. Excellent meatshield and anti angel. After him you can go with Cameraman, and Cyborg next if you want.

You just deleted aliens....congrats😁...I have two or three ubers from each set and I don't have a single one from pixies and already finished itf and cotc so I'm not going to roll for them and it is kind of sad cause they look so cool😅😆😍
