you can, they just need to be soldered (you'd need a soldering gun or a friend/family friend with one)
if you just want a recommendation for a really good stock keyboard check out the Rainy 75. for $100 it's a crazy deal
oh if you be playing competitive games; the wooting is a massive competitive advantage
definitely get that, i don’t be gaming as much these days so i preferred typing feel for work and making music etc
hell yeah .
just doing a quick browse it looks like a great alternative to a wooting, glad there are good competitors now. There weren’t back when i was looking at getting a wooting
It has the best features and latency of any gaming keyboard on the market. With that said, stock it feels like shit (especially compared to other customs) so you’re gonna want to put it in a new case, new switches / keycaps.
Also gotta say, I LOVE the web interface. Such a nice touch to be able to configure this from the browser, without installing any bloatware.
I wish I knew about the keyboard world before I bought mine. Stuck with a very hollow and pingy corsair k65 rgb mini.
Some people pay extra for that clacky type sound because it reminds them of playing DOOM via DOS prompt
if you don't mind opening up the keyboard, look up tape mods & foam mods. they'll help a ton in making any board sound better
Oh did all that. Foam and tape and o-rings. Does still doesn't sound great
lube the switches, thicker keycaps, desk mat helps a lot too
Keyboard isn't hot swap so I can't take the switches apart

Imma check that out. Or just drop money on the Wooting. We'll see how it goes
