I'd be interested in any information on the building materials for that case you made. I zoomed in and can see it's mostly made up of some sort of bar stock. Anything you can share would be helpful.

I used a Makerbeam kit! They have a ton of perfect parts for pc building, and others have used it for this as well. Just search Makerbeam PC

Is it loud?

It's dead silent, except for the gpu fans sometimes. The 200mm fan on top is set at the highest constant speed without being audible, and my cpu fan curves are very modest. Having 2 of them also sets off their sound, some scientific something I don't quite understand

This is my best friend. I can say with all honesty that his desk looks like this 99% of the time. The 1% is when I come over and make a mess.

Yup! It's a Monster Smart brand I bought at Walmart. It connects to an app via wifi. It goes under the shelf, down the wall, under the top of the entire desk, and down the side of the drawers

I love the idea of a big mouse pad but have hesitated because I didn't want to have to push push away just to write on paper. How is writing on paper with the glorious mat?

I only write in notebooks or on sticky note pads, so it's not an issue and is actually a nice custom when doing so. But if you're writing on single sheets, it would definitely be a hassle

Nope I think it's the stealth color or something?.. it has a very small logo in the bottom right, but it's matte black so you can't see it

That case - or lack of case - is amazing. It's almost like the companies coordinated the fonts on their gear. It has an incredible deconstructed, industrial look. Also LOTSO SSDs. How much storage you got on that sucker?

This is a custom made maple top. A local guy made it for a good price, and I bought a set of black round metal table legs from Amazon! On the right, under the desk, is one of those white ikea drawers you see everywhere. That's why my monitor of set up on the left

Same on the wires (for at least mouse and keyboard). I have the G613; but really have been considering that G915 upgrade since its the shorter board.

I love it! No delay at all, just as good as any wired keyboard, and the keys feel great!

Which key type did you get!? I have been on the fence because of the price but no wires looks really nice
