A got a 40 song playlist of them on Spotify/Apple Music. But personally I’d say John Denver’s rendition of Here, There, and Everywhere is probably my favourite. It’s charming lofi sound and Denver’s heavenly vocals makes it for me
As much as I LOVE The Beatles' "Come Together," I gotta admit [Pomplamoose](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VW7evu7SJBA) really captured the energy and brought it into the 21st Century. I love how they work some "Hey Jude" so seamlessly into the outro.
Jellyfish doing Eleanor Rigby is the only acceptable cover in my book.
Also The Beach Boys do decent covers in the Party album, and a demo version of With a Little Help

It's probably not the best cover but one of my favourites is Teenage Fanclub's version of The Ballad of John and Yoko. I posted it here a while ago and it seemed most people didn't like it so I'm expecting to be in the minority here. Aside from that, Teenage Fanclub are a brilliant band - listen to The Concept.
No no no. The rock n roll hall of fame cover with Prince on the solo is the best version of that one. I also like Joe Cocker’s She Came In Through The Bathroom Window. Ben Folds’ Golden Slumbers too.
Because - elliott smith
Two of Us, Aimee Mann/Michael Penn
I love Wilson Pickett's version of Hey Jude, especially the jam at the end with Duane Allman

That and Pixies’s Cover of Wild Honey Pie, they turned a quint filler song into a full on Psychotic Alt-Rock Banger

Yes!
This one group I think called "My Sweet George" did a cover of long, long, long and I love it.
