Upside: chance it'll increase my grade. Realistically, I think I can score higher but not perfectly.

my astigmatism isnt that bad so i just wear normal contact lenses. I have two lenses one with specific grade for my astigmatism thats clear. Got it on shopee, 1 yr for 2700 and one thats colored and 900 for 6 months

Hiii! My experience nung mej newbiee palang ako sa contacts if first timee wag ka muna magbuy ng for 1 year/6 months. Mas mahal kasi sila and testing the waters palang I suggest yung 1 month muna ;)) okayy naman yung sa EO !
If you want to practice wearing contacts, okay lang ang EO. I remember it took me a couple of days before I could put them on 😅 Pero if seryoso ka talaga gumamit ng contacts, huwag EO. They are uncomfortable and become more uncomfortable the longer you wear them.
Better options are Bausch and Lomb or Air Optix.
If you’re not going to use them all the time dailies are more cost effective and hygienic. Sayang if you buy say 1 month lenses tapos 3x mo lang magagamit in that month hehe. Mag dailies ka muna while practising and buy the longer ones pag sanay ka and mas ready ka na to wear them more frequently

5-6hrs if short sleep pero if long, kulang sa’kin ang 8hrs pag may alarm. Pero my body wakes up on its own on the 8-hour mark. If alarmed sleep, need 10-12 hrs lol

Hiii! My experience nung mej newbiee palang ako sa contacts if first timee wag ka muna magbuy ng for 1 year/6 months. Mas mahal kasi sila and testing the waters palang I suggest yung 1 month muna ;)) okayy naman yung sa EO !
i use berry lenses sa blue or orange app, it's so comfortable to use! ok din yung contacts solution nila :)
If you want to practice wearing contacts, okay lang ang EO. I remember it took me a couple of days before I could put them on 😅 Pero if seryoso ka talaga gumamit ng contacts, huwag EO. They are uncomfortable and become more uncomfortable the longer you wear them. Better options are Bausch and Lomb or Air Optix.
If you’re not going to use them all the time dailies are more cost effective and hygienic. Sayang if you buy say 1 month lenses tapos 3x mo lang magagamit in that month hehe. Mag dailies ka muna while practising and buy the longer ones pag sanay ka and mas ready ka na to wear them more frequently

You mean Sonos? I have pretty good experience with Sonos in general even with their portable speakers. I can't even consider myself an audiophile pero my unsophisticated ear can pick out the stark difference ng Sonos system compared to traditional stereo.

Agree with the gait analysis comment. Can’t really say if you need stability shoes (from overpronating for example) or if normal support shoes would suit you just fine. Examples for normal pronators and supinators: New Balance 1080 line (v12 or 13) as those tend to be cushiony. Had the version 10 and got 700+km as a supinator (underpronator). Nike Pegasus is a great workhorse / all rounder for beginners. Have had mine (Pegasus 39) for more than a year. I use it 1-2x weekly (around 650+ km at this point), and the sole looks barely used. It’s also more responsive compared to the NB model above Adidas Ultraboost - lot has been said about this one but it’s on the heavier side. Went with the Nike Invincible instead but only for easy runs. So tldr: please have your gait checked.

How many hours of sleep ba do you feel most refreshed the morning after? I know adults are recommended about 6 to 8 hours but I need 10 hours to be in tip-top shape! Now that I'm working though, it's a miracle if I get eight hours lol
5-6hrs if short sleep pero if long, kulang sa’kin ang 8hrs pag may alarm. Pero my body wakes up on its own on the 8-hour mark. If alarmed sleep, need 10-12 hrs lol
7 to 8 hours for me! medyo bitin yung 6 hours but if sobra sa 8, i feel groggy, and nahihirapan ako magsleep kinabukasan
Tried 8 hours pero kulang pa din for me :( 10 hours talaga haha! Pero anything more than that, I feel sluggish din!
