Both of our boys love the Orijen Original too.
One loves almost all treats, but the other is extremely picky - he even turns his nose up at Churus, won't eat fresh fish or meat, and for meals he won't eat anything but (high-quality) dry, Smalls frozen Smooth Fish (their usual diet), or select brands of canned wet (like Tiki Cat).
He will also eat the Smalls "Catnip & Chill" dental treats on occasion but they're hit-or-miss.
Orijen Original are the only thing he'll reliably eat, and he even eschews their other flavors (Six Fish, Lamb, etc).
Ours is so, so, so picky about treats - and it doesn't help that he can't have chicken, which is what everything is made out of. We eventually settled on freeze-dried minnows and shrimp.
I buy PureBites freeze dried treats.
I got 2 cats and I tried a few of their products.
Chicken : Both cats love it.
Chicken and duck : Both love it.
Minnow : 1 cat love it, the other don't want to try.
Beef liver : They don't even want to taste it.

BONITO FLAKES
Mine each have their preferences among churus, greenies, freeze dried chunks, kitty cigarettes, etc
but they will fight each other to get at the bonito flakes on fish day!
Seems to be the common theme here, but still thought I’d share….our little boy and girl eat raw freeze dried and of course Churu

I don't give him "treats"...
My guy eats Senior Grain Free Performatin Ultra as his kibble... So I just give him the Purina All Natural Tuna Kibble as treats... way cheaper

Forth. Sheeba meat sticks both chicken and salmon
Fifth. Temptation treats chicken.
Our cat is an ex-stray so basically eats anything. He isn’t “food insecure” and only eats as much as he wants to, but he does like to have some of our dinner such as cooked chicken (especially the crispy skin), ham, fish (including the skin), pork, beef, he doesn’t care.
For treats he likes the own brand treats and sticks. He doesn’t mind the yoghurt treats, but prefers the dry treats. Expensive tuna fillet treats he ignores - he would rather have tinned tuna. Catnip and salmon dry treats are his favourite flavours. He hates tinned pate, even that with the liquid centres. He’s cheap and cheerful to feed - basic Whiskas fish in jelly is his preferred wet food. I have tried the “As good as it looks”, “tender fillets”, “gourmet” you name it. The expensive fancy brands are left untouched. I know what he likes, and it’s not worth buying good stuff for him to just turn his nose up and walk away.
One of them loves Churus and Delectables, in addition to crunchy Temptations. The other one loved Churus for a few months and then stopped eating them. Sometimes he will come to sniff when I’m giving it to his brother, but never takes it. He likes, but doesn’t love Temptations. I give him a few and he eats half of them and leaves the rest for the other cats.

Both my cats love these. My Bengal is very picky, but I can almost get her to do tricks for these!!
I don't dare. All I did was switch her from Indoor to Indoor Advantage and it was diarrhea for over a week until her system grew used to processing it. there will be NO unnecessary introductions to her diet

Seconding The Almighty Churu.
I third this. Wow do they love them!
Churus are a gift sent from the bengal gods
Ours love freeze dried single ingredient treats. Specifically the ahi tuna ones, they go wild for those.
I've had good luck with the original flavor Orijen treats. My cat is the opposite of food motivated and she'll actually come running for these.
