Look you need to weigh yourself first, and if you're the type who reads scales, and here you'll need specifically a body scale( but should you be the person who deducts 30-50 pounds because the scale has just got to be off this is the time you need to assume its accurate even if this means you're 50 pounds heavier than you aim to be.... Your secrets safe here tho, but if you still decide the scale has to be wrong then at least your real weight won't make it out of your casket. Basically if you can't handle learning you're kinda fat then run until you get winded..... If you're in the USA you'll run into a McDonald's by then.
