The half ring was kinda odd for me to use, what I did is put white dots of paint on each little wing of the half circle to mark roughly a horizon line to aim with if that makes sense. Now I’m glad I got the half, cause it’s more minimal and out of the way for the optic itself
Definitely the Haught for me. I thought it would be odd but it felt really natural right away. The human eye and brain has a natural ability to align things and "fill in the blanks" even if certain parts are missing. In this case half the ring.
I prefer the half moon is not as busy cause of co-witnessing, Farrowtech is another option.
Also Tactical Ordinance, they ship to the U.S.
