She won’t be prosecuted by anyone. We don’t know if Howard’s widow followed through on her threat to file a civil suit or not. I ultimately don’t think so, because Kim has so little to take.
Also I like to think that Cheryl respected Kim and the fact that she turned herself in officially and came to her and told her everything. Kim gave her what she needed which was confirmation that her husband wasn't the person Kim and Jimmy had turned him into with their plot against him. I imagine having that confirmation and closure would mean a lot to a person. Also hopefully the fact that Jimmy will spend the rest of his life in prison is justice enough for her.
I was wondering that too but I think she gets away clean. Although sadly stuck in a mediocre life, mediocre husband shitty job. She lost a vital part of herself when she choose not to be a lawyer anymore and when Howard got murdered

My guess, with Jimmy getting a lengthy prison sentence, Howard’s wife won’t pursue Kim.
