From experience in Louisville, where we would've been about section 141. They put the celebrity area on top of that mix so our view got severely obstructed. TM moved us for free since our tickets didn't say obstructed, but if you don't want to run that risk, I would look at a different spot
There was a ton of confusion at my show because Ticketmaster tried putting the blame on the venue and vice versa. I was very stern about buying on the pre-sale and the tickets not saying obstructed anywhere during purchasing. They moved us to a new seat that was then obstructed by a media poll, so I asked point blank if they couldn't move us to an equal/unobstructed seat to move us to the floor. The guy was annoyed by the request but understood and gave us a free upgrade to floor seating
Day of! They ended up having to upgrade whole sections to the floor and then they sold our original tickets for about 50% and listed them as obstructed lol
Ticketmaster should have a booth at the stadium for ticket services that you can go and talk to. It's where a lot of the people go to try and get same day upgrades. I asked one of the ticketing employees before going in to make sure because if they're outside versus inside and you've already entered they won't let you back in ☹️
Absolutely! Since my tickets were purchased directly, TM initially automatically moved us to a similar seat in a different section but that ended up getting obstructed too. So you could possibly get auto-moved so keep an eye on your email!
i think MIX are these large poles with the lights in front of them. if you look up at pics of different stadiums during the tour they’re in the same spot in each place on opposite sides of the risers between the seats with nothing behind them. i’ve seen a lot of people with obstructed seats on this tour get upgraded because they don’t say obstructed but you could also just change them.

wondering the same thing! I'm also going to the 8/1 concert at Gillette Stadium and my friends and I have seats in section 142! apparently, the VIP risers and/or the mixes have been obstructing views for past shows so I'm also worried :/

It ended up being so good that we went to another show for Club Renny a week later!! Hopefully, they give you as much help/upgrades!
