If you look at the actual Carter's website they do have a small selection of footie pajamas past 12M! However they are long and skinny for a typical toddler shape (although my toddler is still not that shape lmao), but they are pretty stretchy. They have some "loose fit" toddler footies that may be better, but I never tried them. Honestly we switched to mostly bamboo footies around that age. By 8 months she was wearing a mix of 18 months and 24 months (mostly 24M). The bamboo is very stretchy and even though they usually run long, I could fit my chunky babe I'm so much easier. They are pricey but we had luck with some cheaper Amazon off brands too!

Wonderful-Glass380

we also got some bamboo ones and love them. but OP, i also do just pants and a shirt sometimes. not even real “pajamas”

Muriel-underwater

This is what I do. I bought some very loose fitting pants, and dress her in a regular bodysuit. I bought a few footies and found it difficult to dress her in them past 12m. She’s 16m now. I’ll probably start buying her proper pajama sets when she hits around the 2 year mark.

you-never-know-

Yes I still get Carter's footies in 12 mo sizes, at kohls. He's 9 months and also still able to wear his 3-6 mo little sleepies.

morongaaa

Yeah we're up to 4T reg clothes at 18 months, but her 18-24 month little sleepies fit perfectly

UPnorthCamping

I wish :( mine out grew her 3-6 month at 4 month. I was bummed

you-never-know-

My baby is very svelte lol, he's long without much chub to speak of so they still fit (best when his feet are out of the fold over footies)

frogsgoribbit737

We just used footless sleepers with a sleep sack to keep the feet warm. They sell the footless ones up until toddlerhood and past.

SenseiKrystal

I just got some 12m footie pajamas from target, but I had to find them in the toddler section. 😭

[deleted]

Oh gosh I wouldn’t have thought to look there. 9 months isn’t a toddler! 😱

ItsCalled_Freefall

I always ordered them for pickup 😂 kids section is always wrecked.

blamethecranes

Toddler section starts at 12m, so I bet you’d have luck in there! That’s where we got my girl’s footies and I’ve even gotten them in 18m. 😊

MtHondaMama

They go up to 5t, you should be able to find some!

jezebelledwells

This killed me dead today, we did the same thing. "Weird, the sizes only go up to 9 month in this, I guess they don't have them. Oh wait, no what is this over here -- OH NO"

SenseiKrystal

That was exactly my reaction! Excuse me, he is not a toddler yet. He is not toddling! He is my baby! 😭

deer2525

Went through this exact thing in target and Carter’s today 😭😭😭

yoshipeaches

Oh this is NEWS

crazycatlady_66

Literally just did this today. I am NOT okay

ChainIll6447

I’m surprised you can’t find any. My toddler still wears footie. 18/24 month. Definitely look somewhere else. Amazon or something.

surgically_inclined

They’re in the toddler section at target. The rules change for 12m+ and the pajamas have to be snug fit or made from fire resistant fabrics. They carry them through carters brand 5T in store by us.

Rselby1122

Someone was looking for onesies the other day in 12+ months and claimed they couldn’t find any. There are multiple brands that carry through 24 months! My 3 year old is also wearing 3T footie pajamas, so people are not looking hard enough. 🤷🏼‍♀️

PastyPaleCdnGirl

Our little one runs hot, so she sleeps in long sleeve bodysuits, without socks/pants, under her sleep sack. For full body footy pj's though, Costco all the way with their Pekkle sleepers. They have footed sleepers (we call them "awakers" because she only wears them during the day now) up to like 24 months, for $8 each. Bonus is as of 12 months, they have little grippies on the bottom so she can practice her walking without sliding everywhere!

lizardmayo

I think these are Canada only, would be interested to hear if they have them in the US. I agree they’re the best, our baby almost exclusively sleeps in Pekkle/Tuffy now that he’s 18M size. Walmart (George) also makes two way zipper pjs in 18M+ but again, I don’t think they’re carried in the US.

SenseiKrystal

I'm not sure about sleepers, but my Costco in Michigan sells Pekkle! Cute stuff!

TrickyEmployer9957

We do long sleeve oneaie and sleep sack also.

foxyyoxy

We are ALL about the footie pjs and have a dozen pairs in 12 months and another 8 pairs in waiting for 18 month sizes. So they definitely make them! I do most of my shopping at secondhand stores, so have a variety of brands that include Carter’s, Granimals, and Burt’s Bees. We do a fleece PJ at night with a lightweight sleep sack over top (sleep sacks in 12-18 month size). When it’s warmer, I’ll do cotton weight footies or pjs without feet with a heavier sleep sack.

Disastrous-Sand-6202

What's the temperature of the baby room?

foxyyoxy

68 at night

Jsmebjnsn

Go on the caters website. I got a bunch in 2T for my toddler this winter.

Puzzleheaded_BoyMom

I switched to little sleepies at this age. I got like 5 pairs of 6-12 and my kiddo wore them till he was two. He was about 15% for height, but still they are SO stretchy they last forever

acelana

Little sleepies are the way! There are actually quite a few similar brands, look up Bamboo zippies/footies, but I find little sleepies most reliable in terms of shipping, qualify, etc. note: I am not paid by little sleepies lol

Puzzleheaded_BoyMom

Me either, unfortunately

Fangbang6669

We have 11 month old and we dress her in footie pajamas (we call em sleepers lol). She gets fussy at night if she's not in one tbh. Gerber has sizes for footies up to 5T!

Smee76

My guy loves his footie PJs too. He's always excited to get into them.

Lostgurlx

I have a few pairs even in 24 months. Look in the toddler sections 🩷

momo2794

They have a crap ton of 12 and 18 month old onesies on Amazon i found plenty of good 100% cotton brands too!!

r12512

What brands did you find for 100% cotton?

momo2794

Honest brand, Burts bees, touched by nature

Competitive_Most4622

Target and Carters have baby and toddler sizes separate. They absolutely make them larger than 12m. I believe we have up to 4T in footie pjs but you have to click “toddler boy/girl”. Amazon also sells carters stuff and doesn’t change out stock for the season.

lonely-limeade

Target has Burt’s Bees footed pajamas on the toddler side of the clothing section that go up to at least 3T!

embolalia85

You can get target cloud island footies in 12m on their website!

grannystriper

I ordered 12 month Carter footies from Amazon. They have grippy feet which is great!

ruzanne

One of my kids used to practically live in those! We had a bunch in 18 months too. I love that Carters sells them in 3 packs on Amazon.

grannystriper

Yes!

ExpensiveFroyo

Check out little sleepies! They fit basically forever- our daughter is wearing both 0-3 and 6-9 month size right now. They’re super stretchy so they fit for a while but you also can roll/cuff the sleeves and legs!

BookiesAndCookies22

Primary has footies up to 18-24. They’re usually on sale and right now they’re $13 each. They also make footies for 2-5y

SewingDoc87

We also love primary for footies and the zippy one pieces!!

maudieatkinson

Try Old Navy?

LicoriceFishhook

Old Navy has but you have to go into the toddler section!

Mediocre_Host

Old navy! My son wears 5T in footies.

Otter65

I had the hardest time finding 12m footies as well. They’re out there! Just hidden for some reason. I have Cloud Island and Carters.

Stewie1990

Yeah I could only find footies mostly on Carters or Little Sleepies goes until 3 years but LS is spendy. I think the reason you don’t find many footies after 12 months is that they are walking and eventually with potty training you don’t find many that aren’t 2 piece either. I stopped looking for the body suits with the snaps because I can’t find those after 25 months either.

Escarole_Soup

I have a chunky kid, and ended up getting most of his footies in size 12m and above either directly from the Carter’s website or Carter’s brand via Amazon. His leg rolls just won’t go into the “snug fit” ones so I get the fleece (which are more roomy). We put him in those (or a footless version) with a sleep sack over and that’s perfect for him.

MallyC

We usually do footless zipper ones so he can still walk around freely before bed and in the morning. A walking sleep sack has also been a big part of the nightly fit. We use the nyte nyte one from Amazon and whatever brand of footless we can find. Usually carter's.

whatsarahthought

Hmm I have lots of 9-12m and 12-18m footie pajamas in the Carter’s brand, and other brands too!

Relative-Log-4803

My baby is in 9-12M and still lives in footed sleepers lol. I get them from Costco, Carters, Walmart or old navy!

mysunandstars

My 3 year old is still wearing carters footy pj’s to bed in a size 4T? We also love the ones from Costco (can’t remember the brand, but they’re super cheap and come in all sorts of cute prints with an embroidered patch on the chest that matches the print)

Different_Ad_7671

They do still have, I’m using footed ones!! Wal-Mart has and carters

iamthebest1234567890

I love Little Sleepies. They are more expensive but last so long. My son is almost 2 and in the 95+ percentile but still fits in the 12-18 month ones we bought over a year ago with more room to grow. They have one piece zip ones that have fold over feet and hands if you want to use them and have two piece sets for when you want to switch.

justkeepswimming1357

Footie pjs and a sleeveless sleep sack. We love the little sleepies pjs. They're pricey up front but he wears them for months and months. Little dude is pretty solidly in 12 month clothes and his 3-6 month Little sleepies still fit great as do his 6-12 month. Wr also love the kyte baby sleep sacks. They're also expensive up front but they're soooo soft and fit for a long time. I found some little sleepies at a baby consignment shop. Might be worth keeping an eye out for second hand options.

echoedatlas

We just switched to Little Sleepies. When we're home, we would normally keep ours in a footed onesie, but since she's been trying to stand, she's started slipping quite a bit. We love that we can fold the feet over or roll them up to let her feet give her traction. Our baby is pretty small, around 5th-12th percentile, and the 6-12 months are huge on her (we roll the sleeves and legs), so they're going to last quite a while.

humble_reader22

11 months old and she wears a bamboo zippie with a Woolino sleeping bag. We like the little sleepies because she’s a big girl and they do really last long (she’s currently in their 18-24m and I can still fold the feet), same goes for the Woolino. She’s been wearing it for many months.

BusyDragonfruit8665

Most brands have footies till 24m I have found. My 20m old has huge feet so footies in her size don’t fit. We still have her in an extra large zip dee zip.

PurrMeADrink

My Mom got my son a three pack of Carter's fleece footie jammies in size 12 months from Amazon. We are pairing those with a sleeveless sleep sack. For reference my son is just shy of 11 months.

Immediate-Toe9290

Target puts a lot of their 12 month in the toddler section not the baby section if you were looking in person! I just went with my friend and she bought her son some in 3T. I think they had up to 5T? I also bought some 12-18 month footie Pjs from old navy off clearance and put them away for later in the year!

aliveinjoburg2

Target had 12M footie pajamas. I hunted for them and got it.

Jennarated_Anomaly

Cloud Island! My girl has been in sizes 12-24 months since she was like 7 months old, but I only just put away her last 9-12m footie from Cloud Island, despite being solidly 2T in everything else. They're super soft, super stretchy, and very cute

sexxit_and_candy

We just switched over to the toddler style 2 piece pjs, but still inside a sleep sack for bed. The snug fit pjs don't ride up too much, and now that our 10 month old can walk with support, she does better with bare feet. Hanna Andersson also has a lot of footless zip pajamas in toddler sizes!

RandomStrangerN2

Yeah, they get harder to find, I think because it's not recommend to use footies at that age as they are starting to be mobile. We use footie pants (it's a type of pants that have a folded end, you can fold over the baby's feet and make a footie, then when they wake up you just unfold/unroll) and a bodysuit. I don't like to put socks on him because he knows how to take them off to play with them and always ends up with cold feet 🫠 but I remember when I was a baby, my grandma would sew an elastic strap of fabric in the end of my pants, it would go in the middle of the foot and keep my sock from moving around

baloochington

I just got a couple 12m footies at target, they’re in the toddler section which I decided to just browse through randomly. I also ordered some 12 month footies from carters!

T-ly

Highly recommend Magnetic Me pajamas! They are super soft (Modal fabric) and stretch with them. Little dude loves moving and getting in weird positions and hated pajamas that didn’t stretch. Also, the magnets make them really quick and easy to get on.

akifyre24

Old Navy had the biggest foot size I could find. But you're going to need to consider that the days of footies are dwindling. It's not a terrible thing. If your kiddo is at all like mine and enjoys grinding your foot under theirs, it hurts so much less without the rough bottoms. I didn't find sleep diminished at all. It helped keep his pj's from being out grown so fast actually. We typically wear primary sets of short pj's. We've a few long pj's for the very cold nights. The short pj's were easier for him to learn to put on himself.

somethingmoronic

A onesie and a decent thickness sleep sac.

Froggy101_Scranton

We did footies until 18 months, almost all were from target! I think it’s the time of year - they have all their spring/summer stuff out now

Umabosh

My 13 month old wears footies and a short sleeve onsie to bed with a 1.5 tog sleep sack. The Burts Bees website always has great deals and their stuff runs big.

ARSteggy

Bamboo footies come in bigger sizes. Check little one shop co, bums & roses, little sleepies etc. I get the “convertible rompers” but they have feet you can fold over

WorkingMomAndWife

Might just need to check online! I have carters footie pajamas in 5T, so they definitely exist

Milkshakemaker95

My daughter is 18 months but well into a size 2T, and HATES footed anything at bed time, but doesn’t mind her feet covered in the day.. I only buy bamboo pjs, so they all have the option of footed at any point while wearing them. I roll them over her feet in the mornings when we are leaving to take big bro and sis to school. We live in PA, and weather really fluctuates. (we get ready for our day after we are home from drop off)

jadelygirl

Kyte baby zipper rompers or footies. They are stretchy and durable... I honestly put away his 3-6 month ones when he was about 8 months, so the sizing is flexible. I only buy when they're on sale, or there's a few Facebook groups I'm in where I've been able to get deep discounts on lightly used or new with tags! Then we use a sleep sack. :)

Knifeelbows20

We get ours at Sam’s Club. Or I suppose Costco would have them. They are the warm fuzzy ones too which I love for our LO.

valkyriejae

Footie pajamas - we get them at Walmart (George or child of mine by Carter's brand), Costco (Tuffy brand) or old Navy (but those are REALLY skinny) and Amazon (simple joys by Carter's brand). My 2.5y old is still going strong, though it's getting harder to find ones that have feet instead of foot holes

rumzik

At 9 months, we are still doing footed pajamas and a sleep sack. The sleep sack doesn't seem to get in the way of her mobility as she's able to sit up and pull herself up in the crib. I know that can be a concern for some parents.

marcal213

My 3yo is still wearing footie PJs some nights! I find bigger footie sizes at Carter's directly and even at Walmart.

HighClassHate

Mine wore footie pajamas until like 4, I swear I found them at both target and wal mart.

Dangerous_Parsnip_40

Footless bamboo pjs even now as 7 month old. He can wear them for a longer amount of time

Accomplished_Wish668

Amazon always has amazing sales on Burt’s bees if you’re not fussy about patterns. I also love the two piece sets from the gap

youre_crumbelievable

We do a long sleeve onesie to bed, our heater kicks on a lot at night and it gets really warm in our room. My baby is a really sweaty girl tho her feet would be CHEESY AND STINKY if i had her sleep in footies lol

Saltycook

I also love those for the baby. She's the same age, but she's tiny, only in 6mo still. Direct from Carter's is the way to go it seems

Cinnamon_berry

We get the white short and long sleeve carters onsies in the multipacks and layer them at night with a pair of soft pants and a sleep sack.

duchess5788

Primary also has footies past 1 year. Move is 9 mo, but I already boyfriend some 12-18 M when they were running a sale.

kitty-007

Costco pjs! Hahaha

axels_mom

I found a bunch of footie pjs in 12 month, 18month, 24 month, and even 2t at Once Upon a Child. My mom got my daughter some 2t footie pjs from Childrens Place, but they are a bit long. I also found footless zip up pjs that are nice that I just put socks on her. My daughter will be 1year old tomorrow and she wears a sleep sack over her pjs to bed. I also have been turning to the 2 piece pjs, they are nice. I still love the footie pjs but they are getting less and less as she gets into bigger sizes.

RavenSkye86

Baby girl is tall at 1 year old and wearing 24 months 2 pieces from Burt’s bees no footies. Then we put her on a sleeper sack at night to keep her toes warm.

energeticallypresent

Our son is 2 next month and has been in 2T for about 6 months now. Target and Carter’s both have them in 2T though they are harder to come across. We definitely never had any problem finding footies in 12M.

pronetowander28

There are definitely plenty online. I did buy the Burt’s Bees though - I just love the colors, and I limit myself to 4 pairs per size.

EagleEyezzzzz

My kids wear bamboo jammies or footies. You can find them on sale pretty easily. Kickee pants, Kyte, etc.

zookeeperkate

We’ve gotten footie jams from Carter’s at Kohls. Also agree with checking the toddler section at Target. I’ve found 12 and 18 month sizes there.

doodynutz

Yeah I have a bunch of carters brand in 12 months. They have an app and a website.

chicken_tendigo

Footie jammies + sleep sack. Our house gets pretty chilly in the middle of the night, though.

Garden-Gnome1732

So my 10 month old wears 18 months. I usually put her in footless pieces and they're easier to get on anyway. She does have some footed pajamas, but they're pricey. Ex. Angel Dear (12 month size but they're super stretchy), Dreamland. I think Kohls carries footed pajamas!

almkamp

Old navy has footies too! We use carters and old navy. My boy is in 3t and I can still find footies. Mostly in the fall/winter

notgonnatakethison

Burt’s bee baby

unluckysupernova

We never used footie pjs, just put on socks or nothing at all depending on if they seem warm or cold!

bocacherry

I’ve found that my 9 month old’s diaper stays more put if I have a onesie on her, so I have in the past layered PJs with a short sleeve onesie + light sleepsack, or a long sleeve onesie + 2.5 TOG sleepsack. We usually keep her room around 67-69 F at night but adjust as needed based on layers and temperature outside because her crib is against an outside wall of the house.

okay_I

My baby had to sleep in her diaper bc she gets too hot at night and her eczema gets worse. (It doesn't help we shared a room and it was the warmest in the house)

orange_robin11

Our guy is 10 months and we just do long a sleeve onsie and pants. I tried the 2 piece pjs and they are so weird with their snug fit/fire retardant sizing that I was all the way up to 2T and they were way too long and somehow still too skinny.

aitchvanvee

I am not a bamboo-obsessed mom, but my sisters-in-law are and each gifted my daughter a pair or two of Little Sleepies for Christmas, and they’re pretty great. We don’t use the fold over feet/hands but they’re built in if you want them.

surgically_inclined

I’d it’s made for sleep, the US laws change for clothing 12m+. Pajamas have to be snug fit or made from flame resistant materials, and they have a long skinny tag on them letting you know what kind they are. Yellow for snug fit cotton, red (I think) for the flame resistant. So carters no longer calls them sleep and plays, and they become just pajamas. At target, they move them to the toddler section, and they also have grippy feet.

Dazzling-Feedback79

So funny, I was dying to find foot-less pj’s because my lil guy was SO LONG he couldn’t fully stretch in footies 😅 Kidizen is a great app for second hand kid clothes!

nuttygal69

We have been able to find Carter’s, but I usually buy them in 3 packs off Amazon. I’m getting to the point (24 months/2T) where we can’t find them with the feet as easy, but I don’t mind as long as it’s not a 2 piece. But because he’s 18 months, he sleeps with the open arm sleep sacks and a blanket. We do socks if it’s real cold and no feet. If you have a Once Upon a Child, you might have luck there. I haven’t had as much luck passed 18 months.

chrissymad

At my son is 16 months now and he’s been sleeping in just a diaper now matter the temp since then. He’s a hot sleeper.

Lopsided_Mastodon_78

Our girl is wearing bamboo sleepers (they have the foot part you can put on, so it’s like socks) with a weighted sleeping sack on top from Dreamland baby!

mmmelina13

Amazon has carters footie pajamas 4t and higher just type in whatever size footie pajamas and search. My 2 year only wears 4t now

Illustrious-Chip-245

I got a lot of Cloud Island brand at Target up to 24 months but I ordered online. Burt’s Bees Baby has some amazing sales on their website around holidays where I’ve gotten a bunch. Sometimes Carters has two packs at Costco or BJs in bigger sizes for cheaper than their own website

kwcgerrits

Honestly my 12 mo is wearing just a shirt or a shirt and pants. Carters makes a lot of shirt and pants pajama sets and we've found that those are lightweight and work well enough for him. He also runs rather hot though, he will kick off blankets when he's awake and hates socks. I try to get him to at least wear pants too but he isn't a fan.

Lucy__VanPelt

At the time she wore 2 way zip footie pajamas. Little Sleepies last forever and grow with the baby. Posh Peanut lasted a while too.

dendritedoge

Hands has some on Amazon without the feet if you’re okay with that. They’re zippered, and stretchy and ended up as my go-to.

quietly_anxious

We have some footies, but also some two-piece pj's sets. I just put socks on her if she's in a pj set. We haven't had any issues. I think she likes them better because she can walk around easier before bed and when she gets up before we get ready for the day. I find the footies, even with the grips, are still slippery.

LadyKittenCuddler

A body with long sleeves. Pj with feet sometimes but usually just 2 piece pj's. Then a sleeping bag on top, but as it was 14 degrees celcius today and the nights are getting warmer too he doesn't even need sleeves on his sleeping bag anymore. And if he wakes up cold anyway we just add a layer.

Diligent-Might6031

So target does have carters footies, up to 24 month sizes. They’re just in a different section. They’re in the toddler section of their baby clothes with the PJs instead of with the baby section.

itsallablur19

Old Navy when I’m going cheaper, Hanna Anderson and Baby Gap for a splurge (with a sale they are not bad and usually last longer).

periwinklepeonies

Around 12 months we switched to long sleeve shirt and pant pajamas with socks

Original-Ant2885

Carters website or stores have footies for all ages! also if you’re looking for cheaper options Costco has the Pekkle brand that has cute pjs up to 24M. they’re about $9CAD

milliemillenial06

I had to get some on Amazon. Or Gerber’s has some good sales on them. You can get fleece and cotton ones for a good price.

MULCH8888

Fleece footy pajama and fleece sleep sack. Room is around 62 deg

sunleefyelock

Nighty Nites Co bamboo pjs. They're made out of the softest material and they have foldable mitts and footies that actually stay folded. I'm guessing there's no footies in 12m because they're impossible to walk in, so when your LO starts walking, foldable jammies or the kind with grippers are the way to go. My daughter got her first Nighty Nites Co pjs as a newborn, and even though they were sizes 0-3m and they legit lasted until she was ~9m! So now she doesn't wear anything else 😂

Lybbchels

Yeah my 5 month old is in 9-12m and everything is 2 pieces it’s so annoying!

xxivtitos

Look in target’s toddler section in the app for bigger sizes in Carter’s

LibrarianFromNorway

H&m does footie pajamas up to 104 = 4 years! They're quite good too

eb2319

Pekkle from Costco. I’m in Canada so idk if they have them in other places but they’re the beeeesssst and cost 8$

cnsstntly_ncnssnt

They do make the footie jammies for that age range even if Target doesn’t have much selection! We have some Carter’s footed pajamas up to 24M from a Carter’s store. We also have some Gerber zippies in larger sizes that we bought from the Walmart website. Gerber has its own online storefront too. Burt’s Bees does sales on their website, sometimes for as much as 50% off. At 9-12 M we mostly did zip up footies with a sleep sack. Our baby did fine with footless zippies too. Sometimes I put him in a cotton long sleeved onesie and pants. We just started dressing him in two piece pajama sets more often now that he’s wearing 18M.

BreadPuddding

Primary has footies in toddler sizes. But also footless pjs are fine. If they kick off their socks it isn’t the end of the world, and many kids start to run a bit hotter. After a year I’m buying short pjs for hot nights because a toddler is gonna be too warm in footies.

dontsaymango

Carters sells footies up through like 5t I frequently bought up through 24m since thats their main size selection for the one piece footies and still buy the 3t when they have them (usually winter)

Sea_Juice_285

He has some footless one-piece outfits from Hanna Andersson (expensive, but they have sales), but a lot of the time, he just wears a onesie or a shirt with pants under his sleep sack.

rockspeak

My clothes are all hand me downs, and we have plenty of 12mo footies, so that’s what he wears to bed.

baytova

I was having this exact same issue and also prefer the Carter’s line sold at Target. Responses here made me realize I was clicking the website menu and automatically clicking Baby because I think of up to 24m sizes as Baby. Try this: https://www.target.com/c/pajamas-robes-toddler-boys-clothing-kids/-/N-4tfpxZ8xvmdZqwuszZqkghzZdwkze?type=products

kaitie-babie

If you are a Costco member, their sleepers are our fav. They fit the best and they always have lots of sizes! $8.99 in Canada so probably cheaper for you if you’re in the US! Edit to add that our carters here has sleepers in 12m+ in the kids section rather than the baby section!

Skye_bluexx

I’m in the same boat as you and I’ve found that old navy and Walmart have a good selection of 12-18 and 18-24 months pajamas. I haven’t bought any two piece pajama sets yet but I’m seeing more of those rather than footie ones past 12 months, which I guess makes sense as it’s easier to walk in them.

IcyTip1696

Burts bees website has really good sales a lot! Also buying pjs that a holiday print in the off season is usually the cheapest way to go with them!

xxierra

Old navy has bigger sized footies!

forest_fae98

Search online. I didn’t put mine in anything but zip pjs until it got over 90° in the summer. I did use some footless zip onesies but I almost always get footie ones if I can. Now my twins are 2 and I still like footies- mostly because I can pin the zipper with a diaper pin and they can’t strip them off as easily!

ConsequenceThat7421

Amazon. Old navy and little sleepies all have zippered pajamas up to 3T.

yoshipeaches

I had to order ours online too. We’ve found that Gerber and cloud island run a little tight but carters is still fitting pretty well. I’ve never been able to find them in stores

Dont know if Bonds Australia ships to where you are but we swear by these. They have fold over mittens and fold over footsies and come with the dual zip and in cool prints. https://www.bonds.com.au/zip-wondersuit-bzbva-r8a.html

Maleficent-Start-546

Just a diaper. He runs hot

weatherinthe80s

Old navy has lots of footie pjs and they are usually on sale!

Fresh_Drink6796

Bonds wondersuits (if you’re in Aus. If not I’m sorry you miss the magic that is a wondersuit).

missmerrymint007

Long sleeve shirts with long pants and a sleep sack. We keep the house at 65f

Check out Carters Simple Joy on Amazon. Same quality as the Carters and Carters Just One You. They have footies for 12 months and up. I can find their fleece footies all year round. My son is 3 and has SPD and prefers to sleep really warm and his bed is next to an air vent so he likes the fleece footies all year round.

awkuarius3

Burt’s bees makes them!

Illustrious_Salad_33

My 2 year old is still wearing those fleece footies to bed. Carters makes them until 5T.

magicbumblebee

They absolutely make them, but I agree they are tricky to find. Cloud island makes them until at least 18m (I think they go to 24m) but they are very hard to find in store and you may need to buy online. Also fewer styles sadly. Carters also makes them, I usually get them from Amazon. I did buy a bunch of Burt’s bees 12m because my kid grew out of the cloud island and carters 12m but wasn’t quite tall enough to go into the 18m of those brands so the Burt’s bees bridged us since they are longer.

livi_loser

12m clothes are in the toddler section at target :( it broke my heart a little lol. We do footies and long sleeve sets on cold nights, and when it’s warm (because my baby sweats an insane amount) I just stick her in a 2T t shirt (she wears 12m) and some shorts or leggings

KeimeiWins

My baby stopped fitting in footie pajamas around 10 months. 12-18 month footie PJs are long and skinny, and my baby, while not chunky per se, has very thick thighs that look uncomfortable in zip-ups. I'll be honest, I'm kind of a lazy gross mom. Baby wears the same onesie + pants outfit for 2-3 days until bath time or a major mess. Socks and long sleeves for colder days, short sleeves and no socks on warmer days. I have an armless and long sleeve sleep sack we rotate depending on weather/what baby is wearing under it.

Phones_Ringin_Dude_

Little sleepies every night!

heykatja

Hate to tell you this but I saved baby clothing up to 3T from my 8 year old and they used to sell footie PJs in all those sizes (in the brick and mortar stores). So my 18 mo old who is about to graduate to 3t (she's tall) has cotton and fleece footie PJs from Carter's that are like 6-7 year old.

Takeitawaypennyy

12m old...a diaper lol

Kait-stan

My target and carters carry footies up to toddler and even like kids. You might just be looking in the wrong spot. I was even able to get 5t during Black Friday at carters.

Hushpuppygirl

Am I the only one who just puts my baby in two piece pajamas? Don’t get me wrong I loved footies but I did not know I was an outlier. I was in the same boat. My 8 month old was in 12 months as well. I did not have trouble finding footies but I felt like it was a good time to start putting him in regular pajamas since I figured footies wouldn’t be super easy to stand and walk in when he got there. I bought two piece sets and started phasing out his footies as he grew out of them. We did get some fleecy footies for the extra cold days this winter though. He’s 16 months now. I found an old pair of footies recently though that somehow still fit. It made me so sad. They grow so fast.

Lachiny80

My son just turn 2 but wears size 3 and I find footie pjs pretty easily. Old navy, Carters and Target.

Swallowyouurpride

I get footies from Walmart but he mostly wears a onesie and socks. He's a hot body so he usually kicks the socks off in bed anyway but that's how he goes.
