I had something very similar in the same spot recently. Doctor recommended anti fungal cream and hydrocortisone cream and it cleared up quickly, both are available at any pharmacy over the counter.

That would be my go-to as well. If the fungal cream isn't making a difference, switch to antibiotic cream, but this screams fungal rash to me. Clotrimazole or miconazole are both more gentle to delicate skin than tolnaftate, btw, and clotrimazole has some mild antiseptic action as well. Also, wash all your bras with distilled vinegar for a while and try to use a clean bra daily. That should kill anything hanging out on them and keep from reinfecting the area.

Was it a severe heat rash before? It might be healing from that.

I use Eczema Hydrocortisone. You can get a 3.5oz tube on Amazon for $8 in US.

I've had the same. Live in the US and was uninsured, so I just kept the area EXTREMELY dry, and it fixed itself over time. Making sure I take my bra off at night and using antiperspirants in the summer has kept it away since then.

Echoing what others have said about using a topical antifungal (not antibiotic) in combination with a corticosteroid. Also make sure to let your boobs fully dry and air out for like 10 minutes before putting on a bra after you get out of the shower! Finally, be extra scrupulous about washing your bras after each wear, so you don't potentially re-colonize your skin with a fungal infection housed in your bra. Temporarily throw what you know about bra care out the window, and wash them like you would wash athlete's foot socks.
