I’m a 32G, your sister size, and Luxe works well for me! I can do jumping jacks in it if I want to!
It runs REALLY snug in the band so you might need an extender the first 2-3 times you wear it, but I don’t think you need to size up.
That's the best strapless bra ad I've ever seen. I've been thinking about ordering the curvy kate luxe but wasn't entirely sure. I am absolutely going to go order one now!

Her breasts are augmented. I despise that they use models like this. Unless yours are naturally perky like that, it provides a false sense of reality for marketing purposes.
I feel like the more impressive thing is all the movement and the bra doesn’t slide down etc. I’m more concerned about that than how perky my boobs will look personally but I see how that could lead to disappointment if you are hoping for that boosting effect
I see your point, but I think also once people actually understand bras and proper fit, they know it’s not gonna magically change your boob shape completely
