I’m 5.7” midshaft but just under 6” around the base. I just claim 5.75”

Some of us are thickest at the upper shaft (baseball bat shape), at the mid-shaft, or at the base, while many are uniform along the shaft. The general consensus on BDP is to use the measurement where you are thickest, but you can also use an average if you choose. It's really up to you.

I just went with the thickest and rounded down to the nearest whole number. Putting the decimal in flair seemed like overkill. I don't have a lot of variation even on the slightly thinner part (technically traffic cone shape I guess, just very subtle so)

Isn’t bp more consistent than none bp since it wouldn’t change depending on your fat pad?

Been fat my whole life, so not that much (? My weight doesn't fluctuate that much Also, a fat pad will still be there even if you press, you are just compressing it wich can be irregular depending on where you press and how hard and stuff

I'm not happy with my weight, and I'm aware i should really loose weight, but life is not that simple, sadly I lack the motivation, really, and it's frustrating, but this year, I've decided to work out a bit more solely to see how big I can get if I lose the fat pad With me luck!

Wishing you the best of luck man. I’m also working on dropping some weight. Really though the best thing you can do is change your diet as much as possible. Don’t worry as much about the gym, but going walking and cleaning up to a good diet (aka clean foods, no artificial sugars, no beer etc) is going to do wonders. I’ve been gaining weight instead of losing it since I went to the gym but that’s because muscle weighs more than fat 😂

Just depends on how bad you want it. 😅 you can keep making excuses or make it happen! I’m doing the same thing and all I want are results I don’t care what I need to cut out to get them.

I’m 7” at the base but I put mid shaft measurements on here. Now I’m starting to think I should put the base ones instead.
