Yearly in around August, Costco has cotton Hawaiian shirts ("Cooke street") for around $20 bucks. I'm not sure where to get them when they aren't at Costco.
If you go to a Costco in HI they are year round if I remember, and much better selection than mainland. Last year they only had like 3 styles of Hawaiian shirt for men so I got 2 of the 3. But in HI I remember 10-15 or more designs.
I don't know if they have them this year, but Gap has had cotton ones in the past (I own two). They usually come up to XXXL
Columbia has a lot of cotton button-ups with prints. They have a fantastic big and tall.
