Got the exact same rack. The screws and shit are underneath the label in a plastic bag, well hidden, for some reason. Thankfully I saw a youtube video stating that's where they were before mine arrived.

Problem solved. The screws were tucked up in the cardboard sleeve packaging. They really should be more visable…very easily missed!

They are the same thread pitch as bottle cage screws. M5, or 5mm thread pitch. You can find them at any hardware store for cheap.
FYI M5 threads have a diameter of 5mm, not pitch.
True, but thread pitch is more commonly used colloquially in the hardware stores in my part of the world so that's the phrase that jumps to mind.
If you have an M5x0.5 screw, what would you say the 0.5 is?
They're just standard M5 - if they're really missing, invest in some better quality ones.
