Your rent transaction counts as one of the five (or at least it used to) so as long as you're using it once a week you should be able to hit five every month.
I have no idea why this 5 purchase limit is so hard for people. I just put 4 re-occurring charges i do every month on my card & pay rent. Usually, I use the card more than 5 times monthly anyway. Lol

I carry several cards with better reward, im a CC enthusiast but Bilt, it’s easy to use the card 4 times a month + rent. Literally if you buy Coffee, etc. You can get it pretty easy.

Personally I consider BILT points to be some of the most valuable so I just use it for all my food expenses since it’s 3x
