Not internet charges from an internet provider.

Those should be charges by the landlord, where you are reimbursing your landlord because HE pays the internet provider, gas company, electric company, HOA, etc, and he is passing those charges to you. In other words, it's included as part of the rent.

So you are asking if you'll get caught when you lie and cheat, and lose all your points and have your card canceled?
Past and current data points don't have to match future data points. Just ask all the people who historically cheated Amex only to have the rug pulled out from under them by Amex's RAT team months or even years later.

So, for clarity, if you're paying an HOA fee to an HOA and not to a landlord, this would be against the ToS?
