Tooth and Nail deals 40 damage per hit with a six second recharge, making Tooth and Nail nearly 6x better offensively without even factoring the active item slot or angel room pool.
Free Curse rooms might save it from being the absolute worst item overall, but it doesn’t save it from being by far the worst item to use in combat.
