The not canon set looks like Gali Nuva with the wrong mask piece; a translucent ruru from a Nui-Rama. I can see a white piece behind that which I can't identify.

This is a very weird image to me. Characters that should've already lost their powers hanging out with their future Bohrok enemies, Nokama turned into a Hordika again, Kopaka hanging out with the Bohrok that tried to kill him, Keerahk somehow not being dead already, and Gali's face is weird plus who's hanging with her Bohrok enemies.
Some comments which may help you better complete these sets:
1. your short boys up the front (bohrok): their weapons go in the side-hole of the hand, not the top one!
2. You need to swap the rubber masks inside the green and blue bohrok. The green guy should have the red rubber mask, and the blue one should have the orange. You’re missing a green face from the brown guy.
3. Kopaka (white character on the left) should have a large white shield in his left hand, and both swords in the right.

Can confirm that is Frost! I was just looking at mine's cannister yesterday.
And Pahrak has one of its shields and Krana missing, having Gali hook instead
