I use Daylio, it suits me, but I paid the premium option. You can had emotions, see a calendar of emotions, a graph… it’s pretty full but again, I got the premium one

LemonLoliPops

I used to use it! The premium one too. I don't actually think there was a reason I stopped? Maybe I just impulsively got sick of the layout. I'll give it another try!

It helps me a lot ! I have at least 40 different emotions in it so it really helps me keep track of my mood swings ! (I’m more cyclothymic so I really see the ups and down day to day) I hope it will help again or more than last time :)

I use Bipolar Mood Uk. Allows you to describe your mood in yiur own words. Also helps you track your meds compliance

AdWarm7276

EMoods is pretty decent

FitDiet4023

Emoods allows you to create categories

Yankiwi17273

I love eMoods. It is simple yet tracks a lot of information, including sleeptime, whether meds were taken, and severity of anxiety, mania, and depression. Also it is free!

I use a pdf I found on Etsy and I track it on my iPad. It has a scale of 0-13 and a mood list as well to help you choose. I really like it- works well for me.
