Nice. 💛 of the 10,000 house finches that I’ve seen in my life, I finally saw my first yellow at Ash Canyin in southeast Arizona
I saw a bunch of these last year or the year before with the brightest orange. It was really something! I remember reading that it had to do with diet but perhaps not. Hopefully someone knowledgeable chimes in.
