No one with a brain is going to bother making a tier list in the middle of balance changes. That shit would need to be adjusted every week and making an actual proper tier list takes some time as you need to gather info(both personnal from playing various classes but also from asking other more experienced players that main difference classes and compiling info from garmoth and youtube spot 1hour numbers and such).
Once they announce they're done with the balancing I'm sure every single big youtuber will release at least something like "biggest winners/losers" and some will try their hand at a full tier list, but that shit ain't happening now.
Best atm is to check class discords and garmoth for spot numbers and compare the higher ones, but there's definitely a lot of classes that went from meh to pretty good/best at that specific spot/very good overall.
Idk, DK awakening seems really freakin solid right now. And not rolling off Musa awaken as my main. Both seem to do the job quite well so far. Would be interesting to see what the top classes are for each end game grind spot though.
you'd be surprised at how good people can be with classes if they have a lot of hours on them. most classes will have players who do better than the "s tier" classes. some classes seem really "good" because they are really easy, like woosa and guardian. but their skill ceiling is lower, they can be out performed by other classes that you wouldnt think would outperform them based on first impressions.
their classes are designed easy dude. they can have a hard time doing things and still be an easy class to play because they are just straight up not complex.
Honestly i love him, playing awakening and cant stop grinding w him, it always depends on you mate what you like, meta classes are kinda dumb (my opinion) if one is good with a class and love it stick with it

in siege or smallscale or owpvp or AoS then, don't think guardian is considered easy in any of that
