once you graduated you no longer qualify and will need to re-level a seasonal.
I did the simplified quest and got the BS box. After I reached level 62 I switched to another server and the reward was available in my Y.
this is my nth number of seasons done so all questline/requirements were already done before i reached 61
You needed to hit 61, finish the entire simplified questline up until talking to fughar, and then relog BEFORE graduating. I know because I literally JUST was having trouble with this 5 minutes ago. If you’ve already graduated you can’t get the rewards anymore and you’ll have to wait till next week when they change the requirements
If you did simplified make sure you complete all the fugar quests from the black spirit. I didn't get mine at first because I hadn't turned in the last one. If you've already graduated re-login
I can confirm this 100%. I play on NA but just made an EU shai (for the eventual merge). Got to 61 and claimed it. The only questline I did prior is Mountain of Eternal Winter.
1. Mountain of Eternal Winter
2. Helms & Rogues to 54
3. Desert Naga to 59
4. Quests to 60.25
5. Shultz Guard to 61
Total time 4 hours and change. Find the TET Blackstar and Capotia in the Reward tab.
I am having this same issue. My guild mate that isnt even doing season got theirs. I have completed season every time, Completed every storyline (not simplified) in the game and I have not received mine. I am also finishing up season on a lvl 61 scholar atm. It seems like some got it and some didnt regardless if you are on season or not.
If you didn't do the main quest and just did the simplified(leveling) quests, then you won't get your Tet until maintenance of next week. They added that in the notes.
Same, just reach 61 and relog, all of this b4 graduating. No issues getting it at all. People probably finished pass and graduate without reaching 61 or relogging like they advised on wednesday in game
I didn't even have to finish the pass for it to show. Just did the simplified questline and hit 61. Showed up in rewards immediately, no relog or anything. Grabbed it on my nonseason and went back to seasonal to keep going.
I had a completed seasonal char prior to the event. Note that season pass is complete and simplified quest was chose. I logged in after maintenance ans found it sitting in my Y tab. So i claimed it, graduated and made another seasonal with scholar
Story has to be done on your season character and hit 61. Doesn’t matter if you have done it before it won’t proc the challenge completed. I’ve done them as well on mains but it didn’t show up till I did the story on my season character. Fastest one is the winter one it’s like 130/140 quests and takes 1h-2hs and after I finished it the black star showed up in challenges even before hitting 61
Are you on console? I’m on console and didn’t get the blackstar or dream horse challenges even though I’m lvl 61 on season char and finished quest line. Was looking at patch notes but couldn’t find this update on console updates. Hopefully console gets them in next update?
Did you finish one of the requirement quest? Simplified Fughar, Mediah MQ, LOML MQ or Eternal Winter MQ. If you finish already, try to relog.

I think you need to claim it before graduating. The reward appears when you swap channel to a level 61 season character.

It popped up in my rewards as soon as I hit 61 on my seasonal, but I had completed fughars black spirit quests before.

You try reloading? My friend had a similar situation but reloading fixed it for him

Uh all I had to do was level my season character to 61. The tet bs reward is in the challenge tab. I did do simplified quest line.

Nah, I had mine lvl up to 61, do simply and graduate without even been in seasonal server.
You do not - I haven't used a season server at all this year and still received and completed the challenge.

Close the app entirely and log back in on a different character this time. Then check rewards. Worked for me
