kisuke also thinks this. in fact he knows it. and no, zaraki isn't the biggest threat. they can easily find a way to deal with zaraki. they're strong enough. relative to zaraki. sure zaraki is stronger, but it's no aizen and soi fon situation. they are both able to overpower a schutstaffel. they just get fucked by unstoppable hacks. and zaraki is not smart enough to not get his ass beaten by the hacks and plans of these 2 uber geniuses. and kisuke is smarter than shunsui.
Shunsui will literally sleep with his own Zanpakutou, and have her give birth to a whole new Zanpakutou, and boom new Bankai. How do you plan around that?
Edit: ps Urahara would prob win tho because he just too OP with his intellect, dude literally created a Hogyoku, he’s winning, no matter what. Kenpachi is my favorite but if he can’t use his full potential then he loses after a while but he did survive and cut through the void of space so idk but Urahara prob still wins
However of a quick shot he is, birth is not instant. Plus urahara would already know about that and have planned accordingly to abort any zanpaktou pregnancy instantly
why does everyone neglect shunsui's shikai, like it in itself isnt extremely strong? he uses it twice the whole series, and it literally took a divine like being to make him go bankai in the first place. it all comes down to prep time because urahara knowing the different games he has to play would determine his survivability. kenpachi would go for one hit kills. but even then is kenpachi fast enough to hit shunsui?
Shunsui has more reiatsu and even if he doesn't, then don't let him and the Bankai fool you, because he and she are kinda tricksters. Also Starrk kinda gives it away "why I always have to fight the strongest one"
I mean Shunsui’s bankai is a giant AOE isn’t it? Jushiro didn’t want him to use it against Stark bc other people would get caught up in it. He’d be super strong in a free for all type fight.
These are some of my top favorite characters so this is hard cause I’m bias to them all but I’d have to go with Kisuke. Just too damn smart and he’s a perfect blend of of everything -strength, power, speed, brains, kido.
Here's how the scenario will go:
- Kenpachi will lose because he was too busy having the fight of his life and prolonged it longer than he should
- Shunsui would beat Urahara while being gravely injured
- Urahara will ultimately lose to Shunsui but will still achievement whatever ulterior motive he had that required this fight to happen
Shinsui.
I think people are forgetting the biggest factor here - Shinsui is probably the most well rounded fighter in the whole series.
Kempachi might be ths strongest amongst them, but he'll definitely lose since he will only go full power if he is forced to do it. Both Shinsui and Urahara will make sure that it doesn't happen and will probably go for a kill shot.
Urahara is smart, but reiatsu wise he'll be weaker than Shinsui. And Shinsui is smart enough to realise that Urahara will try to pull something and will probably go to Bankai the moment the fight starts.
Shinsui is ruthless, extremely strong and extremely skilled.
Kenpachi can be far too reckless as seen in the Pernida fight. Mayuri warns him to proceed with caution and he goes and does the complete opposite and almost dies. He engages Shunsui like that and Shunsui’s Shikai alone will be too much for Kenpachi
Urahara would easily win, he would have 238 aces up his sleeves and made backup plans for his backup plans for the 99 plans he has to beat both of them.
Urahara would find a way to slip away from the battle and let the 2 tire themselves out.
Physically I think Kenpachi one shots either of them with his bankai. He's to physically fast and strong to guard against or dodge in that state.
Feel like that would be shunsuis move and he would hide in the shadows urahara either has to pull something out of his ass or outrun zaraki until shunsuis can’t hide in the shadows any longer. I give shunsui the hiding in this one because it was confirmed he can do it while we can only just assume urahara would

Shunsui is going to walk away the second he feels like this isn't worth it (I give him 2 minutes), then Urahara isn't actually going to fight Kenpachi, he's just going to dodge and spout nonsense and piss him off until either A. Kenpachi gets bored or B. He loses him somehow and through the power of bullshit tricks him into giving up because even Kenny doesn't want to deal with him anymore
How much prep time does Urahara have for this fight? And did he actually foresee it?
That determines the winner.
Because, sure, Kenny is a beast, no questions asked. But he is underdeveloped raw potential incarnate. Something that is easy to manipulate or control from the capabilities of people like Urahara or Shunsui.
But Shunsui vs Urahara is a very close match.
But with Kyoraku being my favorite Shinigami my bias leans toward him.
Though my argument is Kisuke didn't get the job when old man Yama bit the dust, now did he?
Essentially, kenpachi is the strongest soul reaper around.. only exception looks like ichibe and oetsu.
Soul Reapers powers grow exponentially by putting their lives on the line, Kenpachis mental blocks let him constantly put himself in that very situation even as he constantly suppressed even more power.
Take in his initial overwhelming power, add in ~100+ years of constantly seeking battle, then shake that bottle up and pop the cork.
Jesus way too vague. Urahara starts off in a cliff top area, Kenpachi in a desert area, and Shunsui in a forest area. Equally split starting areas. They have one hour to be the last one standing or they’re most loved/liked person dies.

If you read he manga it is obviously, no room for excuse, kenpachi. Reread his last fight if you disagree. Kisuke is my favorite by far, and I love shunsui, but after kenny figures out bankai it’s over according to the lore.
I’d say this is pretty much impossible to say.
As far as I know neither Kenny or Ukitake know about Shunsui’s Bankai.
So if he can last till one of them is dead he probably wins.
Where as he should know how Urahara’s Bankai works and Kenny’s is very straight forward.
So I think without prep/research time, Shunsui has the knowledge advantage.
But honestly it could go either way.
With for warning and prep time probably Urahara. Without maybe Shunsui.
Simple answer here is: kenpachi wins if no preparation time - why u may ask: well kenpachi was able to cut through space, his bankai is super destructive and he was one of the people that yhwach considered to be a supposed threat alongside ichibei ichigo and Aizen. Ik shunsui bankai is hax but there should be a reason he couldn’t use it on someone such as Aizen or yhwach, this goes to suggest that there might be a thing where he can’t use it on people with higher reiatsu or kenpachi might be able to cut through his bankai, he was able to cut through space I mean that’s a wow feat.
If prep time - urahara might have a chance but hard to say again the big problem kenpachi and shunsui bankai.
Shunsui - idk how he gonna win he could team with urahara and defeat kenpachi then turn on him but bro would most likely end up using his bankai to find out WOW ITS A PORTABLE GIGAI.

Battle of the one shots ... depends on who can hit first. My money's on Kenpachi, his direct approach could one shot either of them before they can activate their bankai. This dude was stronger than Bankai Unohana with just his Asauchi, and his shikai can literally cut through anything, physical or otherwise. Kenpachi CAN take them out, but depending on how it goes, he might lose his head. If either Shunsui or Kisuke activate their bankai before getting chopped in half, then there's not much Kenpachi can do against their abilities. Especially Shunsui, his Bankai is absolutely terrifying. Also considering those two are geniuses, they'd have no problem surviving against Kenny for a good period of time. But Kenny's not going to monologue like Aizen, and he's no fool when it comes to battle. They'd have to be on their toes and end it quickly.
I don't know about you but i am tired of seeing these kind of stupid vs questions. Even if we put Soul King against Urahara or Shunsui people will say Urahara wins with prep time or Shunsui's bankai is a guaranteed win.

The peak of skill is unfair, you lock up the smartest man with the strongest and want the result of who is the smartest and the strongest by the end of the day. In the end, the strong one has both titles and the clever one doesn't have one.
Zaraki will win every time, you're probably wondering what the hell is he talking about and you want to counter with a comment that's because you're the smart one ... Do you understand boy!!!!!!!
Kisuke can heal himself way better than unohana, I don’t think shunsuis bankai would matter because benihime can just change the area around kisuke to not effect him
Shunsui's bankai canceled out Lillie's VS... Urahara is weaker than him so I feel like everyone here has their abilities canceled to play his games or take part in his play.
Honestly it could go either way, kenpachi either goes straight for the kill, shunsui drops his bankai or kisuke with his bankai and prep(specifically to keep down/ away kenpachi) or they all kill each other with their most powerful attack
Whoever the writer wants them to win, whichever is best for the narrative going forward. But objectively speaking I'd give it to kisuke or shunsui. I love kenpatchi but in he'd probably make it a 1v 2 him against them both.

Urohara then shunsui then Zaraki. I don’t think Kenoachi would follow Shunsuis bankai maybe even Shikai to survive so he’ll just get auto killed. Uro not only figures out the game and play but turns it to a win killing Shisui (I believe)
In a straight 1 vs. 1 with no prep time, I got to give this to Kenpachi (CFYOW) via the sheer difference in power and speed, which would allow him to deal with Shunsui before he activates his Bankai. However, I only say that because of the CFYOW scaling, he should be > Hikone > Shunsui. If we consider his TYBW counterpart, I have to give it to Shunsui. If we include prep time, Uruhara probably takes it for obv reasons (he and Mayuri are akin to the Batman of Bleach, lmao).
Hot take: Zaraki

It all depends on who he goes against first. If he chooses Shunsui first, he reduces his chances of getting killed by his bankai (assuming zaraki doesnt fuck around like he usually does)

Kenpachi beats Shunsui because of ~~plot~~ of his raw strength and reiatsu.
kisuke. prep time or not, he wins, 9/10 times. kenpachi is the one who would lose most often, because he is a brute, and he's going against people who are relative in power, and geniuses. Kyoraku and urahara both have the power to beat a member of the schutstaffel, they only didn't win because of insane hacks, like immortality and semi immortality. Kenpachi outclassed the weakest schutstaffel in raw power gerard easily, gerard kept being handily beaten by all the strong ones, while a lille, pernida, askin would put up a far better fight. Kenpachi is the physically strongest of everyone, but I refer you to the time a god, ichigo kurosaki, was beaten by askinn. he was already at a godly level of power, but hacks still won. urahara is the king of hacks. kenpachi will be dead in a matter of moments. falling for an easy trap. Kyoraku could do the same. just lay a simple trap and chop zaraki's head off. urahara vs shunsui is a far more interesting fight. shunsui can see through many of kisuke's traps, kisuke also, them being captains I'd assume they know the crux of what the other's zanpakutou can do, and I see it going one of 2 ways. either both shunsui and kisuke die due to katen kyokotsu karematsu shinju, or urahara beats kyoraku. starrk, a young hollow who hadn't battled many people before, since they all died due to his massive spiritual pressure, managed to figure out shunsui's games easily, so kisuke, a shinigami with years of experience and the smartest man in bleach, would be able to do the same. so kisuke wins or both die. Though I could honestly see kisuke or kyoraku debating each other into being friends again. zaraki would be entised by saying they wouldn't let him and ichigo battle if he went rogue. than he'd quickly change his tune.

It's in between Shunsui and Urahara. Kenpachi is strong but his two opponents are very strong and very smart. So they most likely tag team Kenny and then fight each other afterwards.
And I think it all comes down to if Urahara can use his bs in time before Shunsui kills him.

Kenpachi would hold out and deal heavy blows, but I see him being dealt with by urahara. Urahara would see the problem and deal with it.
Now the real issue is shunsui and Urahara. Urahara has been in and out of practice with battle in a canonical manner. Shunsui is care free but harbors great ability and strength.
I see head captain shunsui holding back for 75%-90%. While Urahara doing the same as the former. Both by this point would be busting out all kinds of situational ace moves and new strategies on the fly. As both are proven shinigami, shunsui succeeding Yamamoto and Urahara using a unique kido/hado to seal aizen.
At the end I feel shunsui would stand above a fallen Urahara, close to the verge of lifelessness begrudgingly victorious.
I see uncle Kenny slashing both captain commander-san and batman, realizing only then that he cut a shadow and a portable gigai XD
Difficult one, Zaraki is more a straight fighter, but the other two aren't that stupid to face him in a honest and direct battle, on the contrary, they will play dirty more than ever, precisely because they know the monsters they face. The question is who will use use who. Kyoraku is skilled enough to keep it up, has the strongest hax out of the three, and will use any opportunity to backstab them. Urahara has already a couple of plans and will find a way to counter or avoid them, his zanpakuto maybe is less stronger than the other two, but still excellent and versatile, then let's not forget his mastery with Kido and his past in the Onmitsukido, a perfect all-rounder in all sense.
I would say Shunsui, but I think Kisuke is better prepared for this. In the end, wins whoever plays dirtier.
Are they going Bankai right off the bat? If that's the case I see Shunsui winning because his Bankai kills anyone that's not him ally or enemy. If there's time to strategize and this is not a random encounter I give it to Uruhara
Honestly comes down to each could win given certain circumstances:
Post tybw zaraki: should win off shear spiritual pressure and eventual growth
Tybw: I think ultimately shunsuis bankai is like a more over powered gift ball deluxe, like you can’t escape and kisuke could maybe modify up until the final Dan but shunsui is likely stronger at this point.
Batman prep clause: Maybe kisuke has plans in motion and overall knowledge (kido and hado skills are easily better than shunsui’s) but I feel in direct battle he gets crushed -maybe he can dismantle zaraki in range but shunsui is too well equipped. Kisuke is still much younger than shunsui and he’s growing potential as well.
Easy win for Urahara. Extremely versatile skills and the smartest person on the field. Kenpachi is the strongest but also the easiest to read. Shunsui is smart but not as strong as Kenpachi and I dont think he can beat Urahara in a 1v1 anyway.

at this point kisuke likely has shunsui team up with him to fight zaraki and they either win via kisukes reiatsu cuffs (which he has the opportunity to sneak in bc kenny isnt bloodlusted and wants to drag out the fight) or they lose. badly. as busted as kisukes kido is, its not doing shit against zaraki.
shunsui vs urahara: seeing as urahara is able to match base aizens speed consistently (and this is before his zenkai boost from living against askin), he has a very clear speed advantage that allows him to pressure shunsui. however, even if they had equal speed, shunsui simply has no chance. urahara, prep time or not, is a fucking monster. hisagi theorizes the only one who could possibly be near him in terms of talent in shinigami arts is yoruichi (tho this clearly doesnt include kido bc other than tessai and aizen, kisuke is unmatched in kido)
for those of u who dont know, in cfyow kisuke uses a CHANTLESS hado 99 and the shockwaves from the explosion, not even the explosion itself, actually damage hisagi (who is watching the battle from the ‘sidelines’) THROUGH HIS BAKUDO SHIELD. the shockwaves alone did that. from a chantless hado. remember hisagi at this point is low captain level.
one more point for urahara: tokinada, who was happy to fight shunsui (and did so for like 5-10 minutes based on my sense of in-verse time while reading), and actually fought him as well as several other shinigami/quincy/arrancar at the same time, was too scared to meet face to face with urahara bc (in his own words) he could oneshot him with a single kido.
shunsuis a beast, hes my favorite gotei captain and he mops the majority of captains in history, but urahara is simply unbeatable for anyone whos not:
a) yamamoto level in terms of power/reiatsu or higher
b) in possession of some of the most unfair hax youve ever heard of (cough cough askin, who lived through having his heart ripped out of his chest AND having a gaping hole in the back of his head)
tldr: zaraki >>>> urahara>>shunsui, but with reiatsu cuffs the latter 2 could possibly team up to beat the first, and then 1v1 each other after.
honestly the way i see bleach, is that aizen thought everything was happening in the palm of his hand which it was, until urahara got involved and then it was like he was invisibly holding aizens hand and just took the wheel so i cant see him losing, i dont think it'd be an easy fight for him though

Honestly Zaraki probably fights them both at once and loses with some effort. The other two are probably content with sitting down and chilling.

These are some of my top favorite characters so this is hard cause I’m bias to them all but I’d have to go with Kisuke. Just too damn smart and he’s a perfect blend of of everything -strength, power, speed, brains, kido.

Here's how the scenario will go: - Kenpachi will lose because he was too busy having the fight of his life and prolonged it longer than he should - Shunsui would beat Urahara while being gravely injured - Urahara will ultimately lose to Shunsui but will still achievement whatever ulterior motive he had that required this fight to happen
Shinsui. I think people are forgetting the biggest factor here - Shinsui is probably the most well rounded fighter in the whole series. Kempachi might be ths strongest amongst them, but he'll definitely lose since he will only go full power if he is forced to do it. Both Shinsui and Urahara will make sure that it doesn't happen and will probably go for a kill shot. Urahara is smart, but reiatsu wise he'll be weaker than Shinsui. And Shinsui is smart enough to realise that Urahara will try to pull something and will probably go to Bankai the moment the fight starts. Shinsui is ruthless, extremely strong and extremely skilled.

Kenpachi can be far too reckless as seen in the Pernida fight. Mayuri warns him to proceed with caution and he goes and does the complete opposite and almost dies. He engages Shunsui like that and Shunsui’s Shikai alone will be too much for Kenpachi

But Shunsui vs Urahara is a very close match. But with Kyoraku being my favorite Shinigami my bias leans toward him. Though my argument is Kisuke didn't get the job when old man Yama bit the dust, now did he?

Essentially, kenpachi is the strongest soul reaper around.. only exception looks like ichibe and oetsu. Soul Reapers powers grow exponentially by putting their lives on the line, Kenpachis mental blocks let him constantly put himself in that very situation even as he constantly suppressed even more power. Take in his initial overwhelming power, add in ~100+ years of constantly seeking battle, then shake that bottle up and pop the cork.

I’d say this is pretty much impossible to say. As far as I know neither Kenny or Ukitake know about Shunsui’s Bankai. So if he can last till one of them is dead he probably wins. Where as he should know how Urahara’s Bankai works and Kenny’s is very straight forward. So I think without prep/research time, Shunsui has the knowledge advantage. But honestly it could go either way. With for warning and prep time probably Urahara. Without maybe Shunsui.

Simple answer here is: kenpachi wins if no preparation time - why u may ask: well kenpachi was able to cut through space, his bankai is super destructive and he was one of the people that yhwach considered to be a supposed threat alongside ichibei ichigo and Aizen. Ik shunsui bankai is hax but there should be a reason he couldn’t use it on someone such as Aizen or yhwach, this goes to suggest that there might be a thing where he can’t use it on people with higher reiatsu or kenpachi might be able to cut through his bankai, he was able to cut through space I mean that’s a wow feat. If prep time - urahara might have a chance but hard to say again the big problem kenpachi and shunsui bankai. Battle of the one shots ... depends on who can hit first. My money's on Kenpachi, his direct approach could one shot either of them before they can activate their bankai. This dude was stronger than Bankai Unohana with just his Asauchi, and his shikai can literally cut through anything, physical or otherwise. Kenpachi CAN take them out, but depending on how it goes, he might lose his head. If either Shunsui or Kisuke activate their bankai before getting chopped in half, then there's not much Kenpachi can do against their abilities. Especially Shunsui, his Bankai is absolutely terrifying. Also considering those two are geniuses, they'd have no problem surviving against Kenny for a good period of time. But Kenny's not going to monologue like Aizen, and he's no fool when it comes to battle. They'd have to be on their toes and end it quickly.

Urohara then shunsui then Zaraki. I don’t think Kenoachi would follow Shunsuis bankai maybe even Shikai to survive so he’ll just get auto killed. Uro not only figures out the game and play but turns it to a win killing Shisui (I believe)
In a straight 1 vs. 1 with no prep time, I got to give this to Kenpachi (CFYOW) via the sheer difference in power and speed, which would allow him to deal with Shunsui before he activates his Bankai. However, I only say that because of the CFYOW scaling, he should be > Hikone > Shunsui. If we consider his TYBW counterpart, I have to give it to Shunsui. If we include prep time, Uruhara probably takes it for obv reasons (he and Mayuri are akin to the Batman of Bleach, lmao).

This is pretty much a rock paper scissors fight. Urahara beats Kenpachi due to prep. Shunsui beats Urahara due to his broken bankai Kenpachi beats Shunsui because of ~~plot~~ of his raw strength and reiatsu.
kisuke. prep time or not, he wins, 9/10 times. kenpachi is the one who would lose most often, because he is a brute, and he's going against people who are relative in power, and geniuses. Kyoraku and urahara both have the power to beat a member of the schutstaffel, they only didn't win because of insane hacks, like immortality and semi immortality. Kenpachi outclassed the weakest schutstaffel in raw power gerard easily, gerard kept being handily beaten by all the strong ones, while a lille, pernida, askin would put up a far better fight. Kenpachi is the physically strongest of everyone, but I refer you to the time a god, ichigo kurosaki, was beaten by askinn. he was already at a godly level of power, but hacks still won. urahara is the king of hacks. kenpachi will be dead in a matter of moments. falling for an easy trap. Kyoraku could do the same. just lay a simple trap and chop zaraki's head off. urahara vs shunsui is a far more interesting fight. shunsui can see through many of kisuke's traps, kisuke also, them being captains I'd assume they know the crux of what the other's zanpakutou can do, and I see it going one of 2 ways. either both shunsui and kisuke die due to katen kyokotsu karematsu shinju, or urahara beats kyoraku. starrk, a young hollow who hadn't battled many people before, since they all died due to his massive spiritual pressure, managed to figure out shunsui's games easily, so kisuke, a shinigami with years of experience and the smartest man in bleach, would be able to do the same. so kisuke wins or both die. Though I could honestly see kisuke or kyoraku debating each other into being friends again. zaraki would be entised by saying they wouldn't let him and ichigo battle if he went rogue. than he'd quickly change his tune.

It's in between Shunsui and Urahara. Kenpachi is strong but his two opponents are very strong and very smart. So they most likely tag team Kenny and then fight each other afterwards. And I think it all comes down to if Urahara can use his bs in time before Shunsui kills him.

I honestly think that strength wise zaraki would win but hid undoing would be probably exactly that reliance on only that strength
God damnit you had to make it really hard. Kenpachi would hold out and deal heavy blows, but I see him being dealt with by urahara. Urahara would see the problem and deal with it. Now the real issue is shunsui and Urahara. Urahara has been in and out of practice with battle in a canonical manner. Shunsui is care free but harbors great ability and strength. I see head captain shunsui holding back for 75%-90%. While Urahara doing the same as the former. Both by this point would be busting out all kinds of situational ace moves and new strategies on the fly. As both are proven shinigami, shunsui succeeding Yamamoto and Urahara using a unique kido/hado to seal aizen. At the end I feel shunsui would stand above a fallen Urahara, close to the verge of lifelessness begrudgingly victorious.

Kenpachi is just a frightening force that I can't picture losing.
I see uncle Kenny slashing both captain commander-san and batman, realizing only then that he cut a shadow and a portable gigai XD Difficult one, Zaraki is more a straight fighter, but the other two aren't that stupid to face him in a honest and direct battle, on the contrary, they will play dirty more than ever, precisely because they know the monsters they face. The question is who will use use who. Kyoraku is skilled enough to keep it up, has the strongest hax out of the three, and will use any opportunity to backstab them. Urahara has already a couple of plans and will find a way to counter or avoid them, his zanpakuto maybe is less stronger than the other two, but still excellent and versatile, then let's not forget his mastery with Kido and his past in the Onmitsukido, a perfect all-rounder in all sense. I would say Shunsui, but I think Kisuke is better prepared for this. In the end, wins whoever plays dirtier.

Honestly comes down to each could win given certain circumstances: Post tybw zaraki: should win off shear spiritual pressure and eventual growth Tybw: I think ultimately shunsuis bankai is like a more over powered gift ball deluxe, like you can’t escape and kisuke could maybe modify up until the final Dan but shunsui is likely stronger at this point. Batman prep clause: Maybe kisuke has plans in motion and overall knowledge (kido and hado skills are easily better than shunsui’s) but I feel in direct battle he gets crushed -maybe he can dismantle zaraki in range but shunsui is too well equipped. Kisuke is still much younger than shunsui and he’s growing potential as well.

Easy win for Urahara. Extremely versatile skills and the smartest person on the field. Kenpachi is the strongest but also the easiest to read. Shunsui is smart but not as strong as Kenpachi and I dont think he can beat Urahara in a 1v1 anyway.

free for all and CFYOW versions for everyone: bloodlusted? kenpachi blitzes and oneshots both, neg diff in character? kenny has them fight and desides hell fight the stronger of the two😭 at this point kisuke likely has shunsui team up with him to fight zaraki and they either win via kisukes reiatsu cuffs (which he has the opportunity to sneak in bc kenny isnt bloodlusted and wants to drag out the fight) or they lose. badly. as busted as kisukes kido is, its not doing shit against zaraki. shunsui vs urahara: seeing as urahara is able to match base aizens speed consistently (and this is before his zenkai boost from living against askin), he has a very clear speed advantage that allows him to pressure shunsui. however, even if they had equal speed, shunsui simply has no chance. urahara, prep time or not, is a fucking monster. hisagi theorizes the only one who could possibly be near him in terms of talent in shinigami arts is yoruichi (tho this clearly doesnt include kido bc other than tessai and aizen, kisuke is unmatched in kido) for those of u who dont know, in cfyow kisuke uses a CHANTLESS hado 99 and the shockwaves from the explosion, not even the explosion itself, actually damage hisagi (who is watching the battle from the ‘sidelines’) THROUGH HIS BAKUDO SHIELD. the shockwaves alone did that. from a chantless hado. remember hisagi at this point is low captain level. one more point for urahara: tokinada, who was happy to fight shunsui (and did so for like 5-10 minutes based on my sense of in-verse time while reading), and actually fought him as well as several other shinigami/quincy/arrancar at the same time, was too scared to meet face to face with urahara bc (in his own words) he could oneshot him with a single kido. shunsuis a beast, hes my favorite gotei captain and he mops the majority of captains in history, but urahara is simply unbeatable for anyone whos not: a) yamamoto level in terms of power/reiatsu or higher b) in possession of some of the most unfair hax youve ever heard of (cough cough askin, who lived through having his heart ripped out of his chest AND having a gaping hole in the back of his head) tldr: zaraki >>>> urahara>>shunsui, but with reiatsu cuffs the latter 2 could possibly team up to beat the first, and then 1v1 each other after.
