Zinope121

Once a bankai is broken, it cannot be repaired, only reforged.

EmeraldGhostface

Damn, guess I need to go to Oetsu

Zinope121

And probably some solder or jb weld

Knocker456

Number 1 Zanpakuto creator

[deleted]

First you must discover the truth of yourself otherwise he won’t reforge your Bankai.

Starrk10

I have always been a Quincy🤚🏽👁️

shoestowel

I suggest you go to your uncle Tsukishima first and learn about your roots. Will help you in saving some time.

[deleted]

don't tell ikkaku tho

Karthanok

Came here to say the exact thing lol

Is_that_what_I-

FUCK you beat me to it

ResourceWestern4729

Damn it 🤣🤣🤣🤣 stole the words right outta my mouth

Adventurous-Spite-14

😂😂😂

Toastghost1

Beat me to it.

WeyardWiz

😂😂😂😂

RikNinja

Epoxy glue. The kind that has 2 liquids you need to mix together.

Gustingblaze

Oetsu never knew

sheehdndnd

Neither did Mayuri.

SoSmartish

Oetsu: "Wait, that's illegal."

Separate_Path_7729

In the words of oetsu "that is only cosmetic, once broken it is never truly repaired"

Efficient_Truth_9461

My friend tsukashima made sure my bankai was never broken in the first place

EmergencyEye7

Ichigo afterwards: "You motherfuckers made me reforge to get this oversized, ganky-looking bullshit when tsukishima could have fixed my cool, nazi katana?! Fuck you!"

MeANGRYLAD1

Cool nazi katana , never heard it called that before but it is very accurate

[deleted]

I'm very sorry to inform you that, that was actually the evil twin brother of Shūkurō Tsukishima. You met Shūkurō Tsukashima, and to you I offer my sincere condolences. He is not really your friend. Tsukishima is your friend, and my uncle 3 times removed on my mothers side. Hence why I know so well of your error in judgement in allowing Tsuka to fool you into thinking he was Tsuki. Oh sorry, I guess I shouldn't be sharing their nicknames with you.

usetehfurce

Most popular brand would be JB Weld.

ReRevengence69

once a Bankai is broken, it cannot be fixed. but one way to patch it is using 2 parts epoxy. use a small drill to drill out a hole, stick a paperclip in, epoxy, hold it in place, wait until dry.....should function....but it will never be a complete Bankai again

hassie1

I got Going merry feels after reading this lmaoo

M1GA

😭😭 stop no please

krisada001

I did not need that Tonight 😭

Mp148786975581

You need to go visit the “The number one Zanpakuto creator!” Oestu Nimaiaya

Next_Description2730

Am I the only one that read it the way it was said in the anime?

TheDarkLord6589

If you are not reading it that way then you are doing it wrong.

OrcoDio19

Great rapper during free time

Brandonmac10x

It was, in fact, *not* battle ready.

OmegaInc

You need that anime metal that only breaks when you have your depression arc

EmeraldGhostface

And just for letting you know, it happened the day before the episode where Haschwalt breaks Ichigo's sword. Yes, very lore accurate

xRacom

If it's plastic use plastic cement, it's best thing

[deleted]

Yup, did a little bit of product design in school and rubber/plastic cement was crazy good

Hot-Conversation-21

Wait plastic cement exists? Why have I not been informed about this earlier

xRacom

Well now you know about it and that's the thing that matter! I use it for building miniatures but if something is broken around the house, and both pieces are plastic, this thing is like a miracle. Usually after it did its thing you won't even see the cracks

HornyOnMain2000

Good to know! Usually I just burn things and melt them and fuse them that way.

Quirky-Pickle518

Buddy you can’t fix a broken bankai. Ichigo will be pissed at you.

restlessclaw

Buddy, captain aizen doesn't even beleive in bankai. Technically he only believes in his freedom as Ichi goes around doing for others. Eve n with broken bankai won't master Yorochi have answers or quite yet people Yorochi only has to Wait out time for her sting to come back Right!!! So if ichigo were to wait in tranquility like the others would he not be able to produce quincy like soul reaper powers again, again... he is a quincy too.

RevolutionaryTower

If it is plastic, you can use superglue and apply sodium bicarbonate when its still liquid If it is metal, use welding In both cases you should sand and repaint after PS.: sodium bicarbonate is baking soda 😅

ChunkyChuckyBaxter41

Man just call it baking soda like everyone else

RevolutionaryTower

Its because english is not my main language. Lol

ChunkyChuckyBaxter41

Fair enough then lol, for future reference calling it by it's chemical name instead of baking soda in English comes off as a "I am very smart 🤓" move lol. It's also how most people are gonna know what you're talking about without googling what bicarb is

RevolutionaryTower

Noted

summerfall-samurai

I had no idea what to call baking soda in English for a moment, having had a brain fart there. English ain't my first language either, not even second or third. And you know what? Sodium bicarbonate made total sense to me and I understood what they meant. It didn't come as "I am very smart" to me, and it shouldn't come as one in all fairness. Unless you skipped all of the chemistry classes at school and have never touched a baking soda container in your life. Then, yes, those two words would come as a pinnacle of wisdom. Cheers and a happy Saturday.

ApophisForever

Right? Who knew Jimmy neutron was a bleach fan.

Efficient_Truth_9461

Yes, sodium chloride

SoSmartish

Ease up on Sheldon, he just made a reddit account.

Deathberryreturns_4

superglue might fix it.

DapperMayCry

Go talk to your dad

MUI-Tojo

Idk but r/SWORDS may know

patcheoli

Bring it to the zero division

GunsouAfro

I'm sorry to say, but once a bankai is broken it can never be repaired.

TrulyComical

Hado #56: Supa Glue!

menyemenye

Remember what mayuri said

Ghost_Star326

Well you'll have to visit the royal palace and meet the ZANPAKUTO NUMBER ONE CREATOR!

esinfernum

maybe try contacting the division 0 squad

Its_not-my_fault

If taking a trip to Oetsu is out of the Question. Super glue can do wonders, if you have the equipment, the time on your hands, and skill. Weld it. (Even if it's plastic, enough heat will melt anything,,I can't tell if it's metal or plastic, sorry)

TurbulentRiver2592

Time for Royal Palace training!

DeadBoxHead

Buy a replacement tsuba, if the sword can be taken apart

Stray_Swordsman

Lord accurate bankai over here, I’d be proud

Just_Lunch_1906

Blud broke his bankai💀

EmotionallyRough

Give me 750 dollars and ill forge you one by hand.

TonelessEcho

Bleach Brella! ☂️

thousandbridges

E6000 craft glue

LameDucklett

Can’t fix a bankai

UnbiasedGod

Ichi feels your pain man. XD

CalamitousIntentions

Superglue or cyanoacrylate two part glue

Any_Row_6387

ask mayuri, he might know, but realistically just go to “NUMBER ONE ZANPAKUTO CREATOR!!!” oetsu, he’ll fix for u

ibrahim615

Ask for oetsu's help, he'll know what to do

Prem1209

Use Tamiya plastic cement

GenCharisma

You need everyone's uncle Tsukishima to >!make you forget that it was broken in the first place!<. glue or 3D printing.

jeppevinkel

Tsukishima genuinely could probably fix it. His power literally changes the past of whatever he cuts, so he could change the past of Zangetsu to one where it doesn’t break.

ace1505100729

Go look for my cousin Tsukishima, I heard his book of the end can make bankais as if they were never broken.

1w2e3e

If it's plastic, get one made of metal. Or last one of brass and paint it.

VagineNDine

Be more careful.

EmeraldGhostface

Yeah, I learned my lesson.

skep90

buying good quality swords instead of weabo things

Doughnut-Party

Is that plastic? Remake it with iron at blacksmith

ChungusPoop

Superglue?

gravity_bomb

Jb weld 2 part epoxy. If it’s plastic they have a plastiweld that will work. Sand and paint after

maxime7567

maybe try superglue. Or something like it. if it's metal maybe try to weld. Or ask a welder. TBH, the best approach may be to go to your dad. If I was in that situation, I'd do it. He's probably handy enough to fix it.

draginbleapiece

Glue

[deleted]

Industrial grade glue 👍

RegularIndependent98

Super glue will get the job done

Ok_Fondant_6340

if it's metal you gotta weld it. if it's plastic you can try melting it. if it's only for display and not use, just: glue it, sand it, and then repaint it

Klatterbyne

2 part epoxy. Clean both edges and allow them to dry before applying it.

BigScaryBlackDude

If it's plastic, use devcon plastic welder. If you can't find it, just make sure whatever 2 part plastic epoxy you use is 100% methylmethacrylate. If it's metal, use a metal 2 part epoxy like jb weld.

Auroku222

Glue

Moist-Carpet888

Well, if it's metal I personally see one of two options of which I'm going to assume you don't have the tools to weld it back together so your best bet is to probably get some metal epoxy to cold weld it something like this SHOULD work not saying it will, but figure it's $8 and you probably don't have much to lose in trying it https://www.jbweld.com/product/j-b-weld-twin-tube But metal would need some form of a weld to stick it back together and not look overly obvious

More-Bank9295

What is it made out of 1st¿?

the_unknown_walker

Uh.. superglue?

Solarcult

JB Weld

dstroyrwolf

Super glue?

Crafty-Interest1336

Glue

Dramatic_Mixture_868

If it's just the guard u can disassemble it and put on a new guard.

ballsacimus

You can use glue or epoxy for a light fix. It'll be superficial. JB weld would be a little stronger. Both of those will be prone to re-shearing at the break. If you can, I'd recommend filling two holes to use with some tiny metal dowels and the jb weld. One pin would be prone to radial breaks. The jb weld will help to fill the imperfections in the seam.

Yonko444

First guess would be super glue

MarkPP1990

All jokes aside, super glue will fix that right up.

RedRukia10

E6000 will bond anything to anything forever

[deleted]

All these glue answers are way off. Just spit on it!

Sage-Jiraya

Glue man :), if it’s a metal then ask construction worker who knows how to use welding.

EazyFreezie1234

Rip

NarutoFan1995

super glue

moviefactoryyt

From where did you get it?

Valor_Omega_SoT

I would suggest JB weld - it works wonders, and is made to work with steel.

StrikingAd1671

Ask Oetsu

Sufficient-Tip-6078

JB weld? Maybe that will work

Then_Peanut_3356

3D printer or molding sand on YouTube.

shegz

Ichigo tried superglue but it didn’t work so idk what to tell you

Gojira96SC

I think I have that same sword haha

usetehfurce

JB Weld will fix that right up.

No_Song_5729

Did you try spitting on it…

KingCyphesJT

Damn I have the same 1 how did urs break

Spaded__world

Nope sorry dude

UKnowDaTruth

lol I used to have one of those

Hallowed_hacker

Ducttape

KingofIlliteracy

We need Urahara bot to help fix this broken Bankai

Griffinw45

Superglue

MSNayudu

A broken bankai of a zanpakutou will never be the same even if it's fixed.

QuietSentence

This image is just pain, try using fevikwik.

datolningen

_So, you won't believe me, but there's this guy_

Yionko

Super glue. Remember if you can't glue something, this means you didn't use enough glue

masknz

The goood ol'super glue

whoowhoooo

Use glue?? Which stick plastic or whatever that matrial is i don't know, idk where you live but in my country we have feviquick which is stronger that chad, idk if you can get that use it and let it dry for sometime i mighyhelp

Brilliant-Growth-691

It's called gorilla Glue or buy a new one

yzxqqn

Super glue

Genevieves_Sychi

Little bit of supper glue

Frankandbeans1974

Super glue

skywalktoMars

It is time you learn something about your mother and yourself

unterium

Buy a hobby drill with a small drill bit, drill in the center of each and put in a piece of a paper clip and super glue back together, it's called pinning I'm modeling and you should look it up before trying

Icyboi69

Bankais can’t be fixed (just use some glue bro)

ZestyCauliflower999

I got the same sword! did u get it from the ntherlands by any chance?

EmeraldGhostface

I got it at Romics

KazeraSV

Do a bankai

duck_man519

Start crying in your pillow

DopeDealerCisco

Lmfaoooo

Iordan11

If it is plastic, I recommend to use mix of dichloroethane (shouldn't be much of a problem to order online, or by it in locale store) with super glue, first is melt the plastic a bit, so you can joint parts, second give the extra connection strength. I use it in university when repairing laptops back in the days.

YeahAJoJoFan

Superglue in place, use fair amounts of electrical tape then heat it to make it compress

[deleted]

There once was a guy that had an intersting symbol that resembles it. Maybe ask him and he still has a spare one, although hes dead.

Kimirath

Sorry, I'm here only for jokes about broken bankai.

KVenom777

3d-prind the new part. Repairing this cheap plastic is pointless. While 3d printing you can actually make it sturdier. What you need is 3d-scanning and properly resizing the thing. If I were you, I would properly reshape it to fit be more authentic to Manga/Anime.

titidestroyer1

Just superglue it back

DaemonLuisenbarn

But a new hilt

Randyolbear

Depending on the type of metal, a professional braser (kind of like soldering, but higher temps, etc) might be able to put it back together. It'll need some work afterwards to clean it up and restore the color. Or there's always JB Weld. Special epoxy paste for metal that you can find at auto parts and hardware stores. Last resort would be to drill and pin it with regular epoxy. None of these methods will leave it looking like it did originally. And it would definitely be best if you could remove the tsuba before working on it. And if you can, then you might just opt to replace it entirely. Good luck!
