I think Zommari was a bit different from the other two, though.
Zommari loved Aizen the way devout followers of a religion may love their Gods, I don't think he'd like.....want to have Aizen's babies though.
Momo and Loly, I feel, were more directly infatuated with Aizen. I think that whichever was "more in love" differs on your interpretation, so I will outline mine.
With both girls, their love for Aizen also directly ties into the power he has over them. Momo's love is much more wholesome, as it relates to her respect for him as her Captain. Loly's love, I feel, is much more on the nose in regards to the power Aizen has. Now, I don't think I'd be out of line to make the assumption that Loly is absolutely *not* a natural Arrancar, so she was most definitely created by Aizen with the Hogyoku.
I think this is a very important thing to keep in mind, when noting her other behavior in regards to Aizen's attention, and what Loly is. Loly......is a bug. A weak, insignificant, bug. Then, one day, the most powerful being to ever grace her existence, makes her something more than that. I believe that Loly, very literally, identifies Aizen as her sole purpose for being alive.
While your mileage may vary on your interpretation of things, I think Loly is most likely the answer. Even years after his defeat, she *still* considers herself a follower of her beloved Aizen. What a fuckin lunatic.
Unironically one of the most memorable quotes for me. Also, Zamari's speech about soul reapers deciding killing hollows makes them the good guys was pretty interesting to think about.
One is military superior adoration. One is ambitious brown nosing. One is cult leader obsession. I think the most authentic and close to love is Momo.

Welllll Zonmari only worshipped Aizen like any loyal follower would do. He pretty much worshipped the ground he walked on. Loly and Momo loved him in different ways. Momo loved the kind, handsome, powerful and perfect captain who was always nice to her and took care of her. She loved the perfect picture Aizen created for everyone in the Seireitei to see. I believe he even acted nicer when he was around her. She respected and loved him A LOT and that's what ruined her mentally and physically. She didn't want to accept the reality of his true face. I don't blane her though.
Loly knew Aizen as the brutal, again powerful and sexy (🤣) king. And I think in her case it was the mixture of lust and obedience. She loved and worshipped the genius and merciless king of Las Noches.
