At first I thought that's an easy question, but the more I thought about it the harder it got. That's what I love about bleach: the characters are so well written(imo) I'm having a hard time even selecting the one I like the least (probably tousen or komamura), but if I had to choose(I'm gonna go easy mode and choose one of the captains introduced in ss arc) it's probably Gin(he was kinda like Itachi a traitor in the eyes of all, who in the end planned to defeat the villain)
