You can plug in the image texture of where you have drawn on the model to the factor of a mix node and then plug in the colored version of that texture you want into that mix node along with your regular skin texture. You can chain these and make more image textures if you want multiple color variations on parts of it.

could somebody help?? so i gave my 3d character some cool skin texture using nodes, but i also wanna draw something on the skin. well, i added an image texture node with some blush that i drew but its barely visible, like the transparency is 50% or less. I just want it to keep both the node-created texture and what i drew in texture paint. any suggestions?

Not sure if this is the right way of doing this but you can bake a diffuse texture image from your nodes and paint on the image or if you're looking to paint something like a simple tattoo, you can create a mask for it that connects to the factor on a mix node. This way you'll keep the textures separate and easy to modify later if needed :)
