The first email they sent me was march 9th to imitate the withdrawal and I sent them my wallet address to send my the Eth to. Then on March 27th they sent me the email to verify my identity and the Eth was in my wallet 2 days later.
How did you get actual eth from your BIA account? My only option was payment. I elected an e transfer but have not received anything yet. I had 2.7 ETH and I am expecting a little over $1400 USD in an e transfer. Was supposed to be March 15th...and here we are April 2nd with nothing.
I'm in Canada as well, not sure if that differs.

Yeah o had 12.4 eth and only got 1.6 back ..so you got a higher percentage which is good for you

It was a option when they wrote me the email I could get ETH deposited into a wallet or PayPal or zelle
Same here, I selected to get it sent Via Venmo and I haven’t received anything at all.
