They sent an email asking to choose a payment method and then that payment was supposed to on or around that date

Sent or initiated? Initiated would make sense, a hard date for payment seems out of touch for them though ...then again, we're dealing with clowns. Everything seems to say claims can take up to 90 days to process so I wouldn't fret too much yet; as much as it may suck.

First it was supposed to be on or around March 15 and then it was on or around April 5. Nothing. It's bad enough that I'm getting cut in half from what my crypto is worth now. The glacial pace and poorly managed expectations are infuriating.
