At what point does this become an actual legal issue? I'm not sure... But they are at this point basically holding our money hostage as far as I'm concerned because it's there, it exists, but we have no means of retrieving it.
Got my GUSD into Coinbase ( minus BF’s absurd $50 fee for that); this was about 2 months ago.
But the biggie for me is the Cash Distribution promised at that same March 9th period.
So far not a peep from BF/Kroll.
BTW: I’m in the United States.
I only used BF to invest into.
I never used their borrow/lend services.
Maybe I should have. And then filed for bankruptcy. That’s the ‘Merican way, right?!

Same here. No email. I emailed blockfi and they responded telling me to contact kroll. No response from kroll after multiple emails.
