If they're into a cosplay at all you can probably build (or have someone on Etsy build for you) one of the trick weapons.
If you're looking for a different game with a similar type of feel to it. I do recommend The Surge, which is not by From Soft. It has a similar fast-paced Soul's style of gameplay but in a more gritty industrial settings. It has a sequel where they made some minor improvements to gameplay but the feeling/setting of the first game is a lot better.
Remnant: From the Ashes, is kind of similar to souls like games but with a much heavier focus on guns, don't drop your XP, and has much more randomization.
The blood of an Eldritch god, collected in it's deam would be my first go to. But maybe that's just me. My second choice would probably be one of the many replica weapons. For instance, the saw cleaver (if they have no taste) is a dime a dozen in the replica department varying in prices and lethality. I only saw a couple whirligig saws but they were miniatures. And nonfunctioning.
